This kinkmeme doesn't like Kylo Ren at all, huh?
Obviously this is anecdotal, but in my experience when there are multiple posts/prompts about a villain that involve him being mocked, degraded, and turned into a complete sub, that's fandom expressing their affection, in a Helga Pataki sort of way. ;)

Welp, I am Rey/Kylo Ren trash first and foremost and that's the closest thing I have to an OTP for this fandom (it doesn't count as incest if there's no Westermarck Effect, I guess??). I am more interested in Rey&Finn as best buds. I'll ship the villain OT3 of Phasma/Kylo/Hux, or even just Kylo/Hux. Obviously Leia/Han is canon and I can see the logic of the whole Finn/Poe thing, but unless the ship is messed up and badwrong, I'm much less interested. I am here for foe-yay.

Out of curiosity, are you experiencing a lot of direct attack in the vein of 'how dare you, stop it' variety, or is part of the self-deprecating 'I am trash, I'm going to hell for this' variety? I've personally seen a lot of the latter, but thankfully not to much of the former. However that could just be the corners of fandom I've been lurking in.

What is up with all the super long, overly detailed, very specific prompts? As a writer, there's no way I'm going to fill a multiple paragraph prompt that outlines the entire plot of the fic. It scares me off from writing, even if I love the general idea of the prompt.
I think it's just that some people have a lot of ideas, but don't necessarily feel comfortable writing themselves. If you feel inspired by an idea in a prompt, just ask if you can take it in your own direction. I'm sure most people would be open to that (unless you want to take it in a direction they specifically hate, I guess).
MCU is my primary fandom, but I'm happy Star Wars has given me something new.

So, I'm big on formatting my posts nicely (especially on the fills post, because clicking links is so much easier than copying and pasting for those of us who use mobile devices to browse the kmeme) and I can't seem to figure out how to get the effect that the a href tag usually does?

You can't embed links as an anon poster. You have to sign into an account to make clickable url links.
I feel weirdly depressed about my writing. I've gotten some good reviews, but I wonder if those people just have bad taste. I read other fanfics and they are clearly way, way more polished than anything I write and I feel like I'm just floundering. I'm slow and I feel like everything is going so quickly cheesy and out of character. But I don't want to stop because I've had so many people asking for more.
I'm sorry, that's a really shitty feeling and I hope it doesn't last. I feel the same way a lot of the time, and I think a lot of other writers do too. Whatever your skill level is, you're always going to have moments where you're blown away by how much better someone else's writing is, but that doesn't mean you're no good. You're probably being far tougher on yourself than you need to be, seeing mistakes that seem glaring to you and glossing over the good stuff, while your readers are doing the opposite. If it helps, the things I like best about a lot of writing have nothing to do with polish. Sometimes a story is really funny or clever, or has a great take on a character or idea, even if it's not the most technically perfect thing out there.
This won't work for everyone and it might not be helpful to you right now, but would asking for a beta reader or some constructive criticism help? I find it helps silence the 'you know this is terrible' voice to get someone's honest opinion on what works and what doesn't.
With that said, you don't owe your writing to anyone, even the people who want more. You're doing this for free, so don't pressure yourself to meet a certain standard of writing quality, quantity, update speed, or whatever. If you write, do it because you want to, not because you feel obligated.

Hi I just wanted to say so far this meme seems so nice and I really like everyone even though you're anonymous strangers. I quit tumblr about a year ago because it was making fandom not-fun for me, so it's nice to see people having fun with this goofy shit.
