Inspired by the description of a certain post on DeviantArt! UST, "I-don't-know-how-to-handle-feelings," and Hux catching feelings and becoming tsundere for Kylo. Either he knows and wishes he didn't have all these pesky feelings, or he's totally oblivious. Kylo is aware of Hux's feelings and likes teasing/messing with him about it, but does ultimately reciprocate Hux's feelings. Maybe Kylo wants to get a reaction out of Hux because he's so srs all the time. I don't know. Please no smut! :) Cute and fluffy, maybe humor and slightly slightly cracky.

Kylo is captured by the Resistance and due to all the shit he's done he's treated as a high security prisoner. That means being force inhibited, in a cell most of the time, guards everywhere, etc. Guards who aren't always nice to him or interested in following the regulations for humane treatment of prisoners.

Rey ends up in the detention area of the base for whatever reason. She hears/senses a commotion and decides to investigate only to come across 4+ guards forcing themselves on Kylo. What happens next is up to A!A

In quite a few fics I've read, Hux Sr. could easily win first place for "The Galaxy's Worst Parent." I'd like a fic that focuses on the father/son relationship between him and his only child Brendol Hux II (in this fic, at least...) in which Hux Sr. is not an abusive parent (at least, he tries not to be). Even if he does fail pretty hard at parenting, he doesn't do sexual or physical abuse. Brendol Hux II mostly wants his dad's approval, but his desire for success/power/whatever you choose does also come from himself, not just approval from dad. If emotional abuse does occur, dad should notice that and attempt to fix it (how quickly is up to you). Mostly heartwarming, hurt/comfort if you so choose. Preferably spans from Hux I's childhood through a little bit post TFA, with character development.

++ Hux II being an adorable little child, Hux I has no clue how to deal with it

Hux was severely injured as a child in a thunderstorm. He was struck by lightning but was rushed to a medical centre and treated in time. His body made a full recovery. Parts of his brain required reconstruction. Damaged sections of the brain were modified to create Brendol's idealised version of himself. Brendol Hux recreated his son to mentally be a younger version of himself. When Brendol dies he wants his brain put into Hux. Parts of himself are already in there. His brain in his son's body will make him immortal.

But Hux the younger still lives, just a smaller version underlying all his dad's impulses and wiring. Sometimes he comes through. Like when he lets Dameron and Fn-2187 escape. And his wide-eyed glassy horror when Starkiller fires to destroy Hosnian Prime. And it's all the son's doing when he runs to save Kylo Ren. All his dad wants is to save his future shell/self.

+ General Hux interchanges between Brendol, the son, and a state where neither exist. He's alive but unable to respond to stimuli.
+ General Hux-Brendol is the main persona but a lot of Hux son's education is important, combining new effective methods with tested old and true methods.
+ Snope is aware. Keeps in touch with Brendol Hux to keep the "General" in control.
+ Hux the son has his own physical projection. Long loose hair and fair but dewy skin, like he came in from the rain. He wants to be himself, not a body for his dad. And he's convinced Kyle can help him.

In a convenient pollen incident, General Hux gets doused with a high dosage chemical during a mission that leaves him extremely hormonal and suffering from inconvenient, debilitating stomach pains (not that he'll admit to them).

The officers don't want to deal with it.

Kylo Ren doesn't want to deal with it.

But as the only one aboard the ship with any personal experience of tears and temper tantrums, somehow, it seems, Hux has been left up to him.

Hells.

Luke + Rey, Awesome Jedi Adventures

I'm not looking for anything specific, I just want Luke and Rey going on cool Master-Padawan adventures together. Busting crime rings! Fighting wars! XTREME negotiating! Hell, you can set the fic in a more peaceful galaxy, just so long as it features Luke and Rey going on adventurers while Luke passes on hard-earned wisdom to his young padawan. The Star Wars fandom has fic and canon Master-Padawan stories going back to Qui-Gon and babby Obi-Wan, Luke and Rey deserve their turn.

kylo ren is an oracle, similar to the pythia of delphi, where rulers of greece and other lands come to visit him and be told what their futures entail, how their rule will pan out, and how they will be remembered. hux comes to kylo to have his future read, expecting it to be glorious, but kylo straight up doesn't like hux (at first) and senses hux's arrogance and only tells him that something vaguely disastrous will happen and nothing else. hux keeps coming back with gifts and animal sacrifices under the guise to ply straight answers out of kylo but really hux thinks kylo is hot and wants him as his own personal oracle.

Everyone in the Resistance *knows* that Kylo Ren is an unruly hulk of a man-child who throws epic temper-tantrums. Powerful, but unruly, chaotic, impulsive, and childish - he does as much damage to his allies as his enemies.

...then they manage to steal some footage of the day-to-day running of the Finalizer.

Kylo Ren is prone to fits of temper, yes - but all it takes is one sharp word from General Hux to calm and discipline him - something that Luke, Leia, Han, and literally everyone in the New Republic and New Jedi Order failed to accomplish.

+ If Leia's heart breaks at how *happy* her son looks - happier then she can ever remember him being before.

Somehow, the First Order OT3 - Kylo, Hux, and Phasma - are transformed into vampires.

...possibly because some vampire was clumsy enough to bleed in their water ration. Or maybe the idiot decided to try and take over the First Order by turning the top three officers - before being suddenly and messily killed.

...the FO OT3 don't actually change that much. Hux spends most of his time on the Finalizer, well away from the nasty irritant known as 'sunlight', and Phasma's armor keeps her safely isolated from the same. They're both firm adherents of self-control, and are determined not to let their new dietary requirements get in the way of their ambitions. While Kylo - well.

Kylo Ren was ALREADY an overly melodramatic individual who dressed ALL IN BLACK, complete with cape, random appearances and exits, who spoke in vague metaphors.

+ The only real change in the General's behavior is that Hux now prefers to sleep upside-down.
++ Kylo gleefully experiments with turning into a swarm of bats. Hux calls in an exterminator.
+++ Kylo constantly hounds the other members of his 'coven', trying to cajole them into training their abilities.

I was inspired by some meta on Tumblr. There is a lot of talk about what the Knights of Ren can be//where, but I don;t think I have read anything where they were ex-stormtroopers, identified by Snoke and Kylo as Force Sensitive and transferred to work directly under Kylo Ren.

You can include Finn if you guys want (him learning that could have happened to him or in an AU where he does have to join the Knights of Ren before leaving).

when hux first meets kylo, he thinks he's an overdramatic fuck who'll be killed in the first week because he's zero common sense and a flair for tantrums.

when kylo first meets hux, he thinks he's a malnourished, one-man advert for anaemia who won't last a cold night, let alone the entire winter.

they end up huddled together anyhow when shrapnel turns one of their comrades to mush just feet from them. funny how being covered in viscera and shaking like a shitting dog can create a bond with someone.

they check each other over for injuries afterwards, hands trembling and not meeting each other's eyes.

they don't talk for a week afterwards.

the second thing they bond over is home.

they're from drastically different backgrounds, but wheras letters from home are greeted with whoops and excitement from the other lads, kylo and hux both remain silent.

kylo gets a sickeningly worried letter from his parents, saying how they can pull some strings, they can fetch him home, please kylo, please come home.

hux gets a three line postcard from his father saying how he's bringing honour to their family and nothing else.

their eyes meet as they huddle around the fire with the others. hux throws his into the flames. kylo copies him. the corner of his lip twitches upwards, and hux gets a strange thrill run through him that he attributes to the freezing weather.

hux runs out of matches a week before christmas. he isn't expecting a present from home - he never does - but when supplies are running so low he almost wishes he was due something.

he's pacing furiously, feet soaked through, cold and miserable, when kylo steps out of the shadows where the bunks lie.

"need help?" he says, sounding almost amused.

hux wants to punch him with a sudden, rippling viciousness.

"i wouldn't if i were you." he says, and plucks the cigarette from where it dangles from hux's lip.

then he does the strangest thing.

he presses his bare finger to the tip of it, and holds it there for a second or three, crease of concentration between his brows.

"what are you-" doing is as far as hux gets before shock stupefies him. the cigarette lights, smoke curling upwards and drifting away into the dusk sky. he's lit the cig without matches. seemingly with only his hands.

hux snatches his fag back and grabs kylo's hand with the other, feeling over it. his fingers are all cold to the touch. not even normal body temp, let alone hot enough to burn.

"a trick." he murmurs, peering into kylo's blackish eyes.

"there's no trick." he replies, then retreats back into the darkness.

hux stares after him for an age afterwards. definitely a dirty trick.

hux dont know the face of Kylo Ren for his stupid helmet, they are ambushed and end separated on a strange planet, Ren recognizes Hux but hux thinks he's a kidnapper so kick his ass stronger than Ren thought could do, after to negotiate manages to accept help and start to try a different, more cordial, with fewer complaints and anger, to ren likes that but fears what will happen when Hux be rescued so that ruins every attempt to escape to have more time with Hux, on the other side Hux think Ben is a clumsy fool that somehow thinks is cute and provide a way to work in the finalizer next to him, to keep his second friend he has done in his life

When Hux was little, he was neglected by his mom, abused by his dad, and surrounded by adults who enforced the Imperial way on everything and treated him as little more than a cog, not caring about any want or need or personality he could have.

The constant propaganda against the enemies of order often featured Leia, Han and Luke as villains who did all the things that little Hux wished he could do but knew weren't allowed and he was supposed to hate. He coped with his life by fantasizing that the leaders of the rebel scum were his family.

Even after all the conditioning did its job and he actually hated the things they represented rather than want to do them too, he always kept a soft spot for them, although he found it shameful.

That's when he finds out what Ben Solo did and who he is.

Gen or Finn/Poe: overwhelming free will

While he copes okay at first, Finn finds that the chaos of choices (what to do in his free time (free time???), what job he wants to try to do with the resistance, even what to wear and what to eat, when, deciding what he wants and then having to ask for it everything) grinds him down over time and he has a hard time coping or deciding on anything. Sometimes he would give anything to get a break where he doesn't have to think about what he wants and just wants someone else to decide for him. Poe finds out and helps.

(While this could obviously go a sexual Dom/sub route, which would be grand, I'd really love if someone could do a gen bromance fill for this)

Finn would've been hard pressed to say anyone on the Finalizer gets along. After the fall of Starkiller, after Hux aids Kylo Ren (grudgingly or not) everyone isn't about to throw each other under a bus - or spaceship for that matter. They start to care, they're all in it together.
