They work for rival restaurants across the street from each other: First Order is a 4-star fancy suit-and-tie, months-in-advance kind of joint (where Finn is a busboy), while the Resistance is a dive bar/diner that's gaining viral popularity on yelp and with food critics for its wacky, imaginative, and highly-instagramable food (and also its wacky, imaginative, highly-instagramable-chef, Poe).

AU or canon divergent, Poe and Leia are getting pretend-married for important but confidential reasons. Han and Finn are not around when the plans are made, but when they hear rumors of the impending wedding they know they need to work together to sabotage the union before it occurs.

Finn/Hux - a/b/o - thirsty omega Hux

Hux is very disciplined about his less-than-dignified sexual urges, but he's on the verge of snapping from denying himself for so long. He decides to indulge himself just this once, but can't risk giving up power or control. He goes through stormtrooper records, finds out which ones are on alpha suppressants, and makes arrangements to "inconveniently" get stationed alone with one of them, after altering the trooper's med schedule of course. FN-2187 will probably need reconditioning anyway so it's perfect, and for now his inappropriate empathy will be useful for Hux's needs.

All other background ships are welcome. (I headcanon Kylo as beta or omega in this, so if he's in it then plus for omega or beta!Kylo.)

When Kylo was Ben, and Luke's padawan, he was fiercely possessive of his uncle's attention- and saw his insistence that all the students were equal as proof of no affection towards Ben at all. It came to a head when Ben kissed Luke and Luke pushed him away. They never spoke of it but things were icy between them since.

Cut to now. Luke and Kylo find themselves having a confrontation- maybe Luke is captured, maybe they're having a fight, but they're alone and tensions are high.

Give me Luke shamefully coming to terms with his own desire (Kylo is an attractive young man, after all) and embracing Kylo, accepting his desperate kisses and touches, murmuring his affection for his nephew that was always there- maybe not how Kylo would like, but it was there. And if this is the proof Kylo needs that he is loved, to bring Ben back....

Military/Air Force women, regardless of whether they're Resistance, First Order or otherwise, prefer functional practical comfortable (easy to move in) clothing over anything else. That applies to bras too.

Yet my brain this morning decided that it wanted to see one or several women panicking hours before a high class function and unable to fit into their fancy dresses with military functional undergarments.

If it's the Resistance Leia could easily explain everything to whomever/who all are panicking. Probably had the right bras on hand but the girls thought the wires meant they were bombs or something.

I would get an absolute kick if Hux explained it to the women involved in the FO. Professional but kind on the matter. Trying to get the right bras on short notice or trying to make alterations himself.

Last two paragraphs optional. I'll take any ideas!

AU-Modern Hux/Poe with Kay (Kylo) the psycho/psychic cat.

One of Hux's exes had a cat by the name of Kay. A black short-haired with dramatic swishing tail. And a white streak running down the side of his face. He was a strange cat but he was theirs. Fought shadows all the times. Was perfectly chill with laser pointers. Played with the lit pointer.

When they broke up Kay stayed with Hux.

Then Kay went crazy. Hating and attacking the boyfriends that followed. But perhaps he had good reasons.

Out of the boyfriends that followed one was a thief. One was abusive to the cat and tried to turn on Hux before he was kicked out. One brought other lovers to sleep with in their bed. Another left town without a word. (Anon can add more jerks if wanted).

Hux resigns himself to being a crazy cat owner (with crazy cat) for the rest of his life.

Until Kay goes missing. In a few days he gets a call from an animal shelter announcing a man has brought his cat to them.

Hux picks up Kay, ready to apologize to the other man for the feline abuse. But Kay is in his arms purring and cuddling with Poe his rescuer.

Take it from there.

Hux/Poe – AU Resistance fighter Hux crosses over to canon universe

Some hand-wavey Force accident opens a portal to an alternate universe and a ginger bearded Resistance fighter falls into this universe wearing a very familiar brown leather jacket.

*In the alternate timeline – Hux's mother fled the Empire and took up with the Rebels, either after finding out she was pregnant or shortly after Hux was born. Alt-Hux grew up in the New Republic.

*Alt-Hux is an engineer and military strategist working with the alt-Resistance.

*Everyone is really weirded out by this friendly, scruffy version of General Hux.

*Alt-Hux and alt-Poe were very much in love. Alt-Poe gave him the jacket for safe keeping the last time they saw each other.

+Alt-Poe died in battle (or is presumed dead if you want to go wih a happy reunion ending).

++The Resistance agrees to help alt-Hux find a way home but can't pass up this opportunity to infiltrate the FO with the perfect imposter.

++++++Hux and alt-Hux meet face to face and are equally disdainful of each other's life choices.

Finn/Poe Doctors AU

Finn is an up-and-coming resident at the top rated First Order hospital, but has doubts about how much his employer actually wants to help people when it seems like the hospital administration is more concerned with making as much money and garnering as much prestige as possible. Then there's a car accident, and a super hot guy gets taken into the emergency room, where Finn saves his life.

Poe Dameron is a doctor as well, only he works over at the small clinic downtown that services the under privileged community. It's run by famous surgeon Leia Organa, and while it's under-funded and under-staffed, it does its best to help those left most vulnerable by the system. After Finn saves Poe's life (and he falls in love with the guy at first sight), Poe is determined to poach Finn from First Order and take him to a place where he can do some real good.

Stormpilot decides they can't do long-distance, do it anyway

So one or both of them have to go on long term missions... maybe Finn has to go deep cover or IDK, train a bunch of former stormtroopers on how to be human for a few years. He and Poe painfully decide that there's no pressure: their relationship is still new, and being apart that long, people can change, priorities can change, hell one of them could DIE. So Poe insists that they part as friends, live every moment they have doing whatever makes them happy, and when they (if they) see each other again, they'll talk about how they've grown/changed and see if they're still compatible from there. Finn thinks it sounds pretty reasonable on paper, even if it hurts his heart, but he's survived worse, and he doesn't want to tie Poe down for the same reasons Poe doesn't want to tie Finn down.

They head their separate ways, and when they can, write each other really platonic letters. Friends.

Except every time either of them try to have a casual hook up it's a disaster to the point where Finn just gives up (he went 23 years without sex before, he can go without now), and Poe gets drunk, talks nonstop about his ex, and on really fun occasions, sad-cries until one of the other pilots has to take him home.

This goes on for over a year.

And then, miraculously, they're reunited, and basically, I want to know how the awkward conversation of, "So, you got a boyfriend, a cute boyfriend?" goes.

Kylo/Hux, Shotgun Wedding

Newly-crowned Emperor Hux and his Lord Protector (and not-so-secret consort) Kylo are thrilled to learn that Kylo is pregnant. Hux is, for obvious reasons, fairly anxious to marry Kylo and make sure that everyone sees their child as a honeymoon baby who happens to be a month or two premature.

Unfortunately, there's still a few rebel cells to take care of and by the time everything is prepared for a big official wedding, Kylo's bump is fairly noticeable.

+Kylo doesn't even bother trying to hide his belly. His wedding garb actually emphasizes it.

Hux Gen or Any Warnings for Suicide Attempts and Possible Gore

I heard that the First Order prefers people to kill themselves rather than possibly talk if they're captured. I don't know if this is really cannon or not, but I kind of think that would be disturbing for people to encounter.

Basically, Hux is captured, either by the resistance or some other group, possibly with Kylo Ren and then tries to kill himself so that he doesn't talk. If they take away his weapon, he tries to use what he has to hand, if they take that away, he refuses to eat, etc.

Anyone that sees this is incredibly disturbed, especially by his determination to end his own life.

Kylo Ren was never good at dying.

He'd thought about it. He'd tried. But he didn't know how to. So he didn't do it well.

He was put in a bacta tank and it was called an accident and that was that. Although they knew --he knew they knew-- nobody ever said anything again.

For years after, he'd tried. Not like the first time. Not head on and face first and off a cliff in a planet with high gravity - but in other ways.

He had fought Force-immune foreigners ten times his size, run into speeders, swum without learning, walked through fire and ice - by the time he was fifteen he suspected he didn't know how to die. Once Snoke trained him - it was as if he knew he couldn't.

Hux was different.

He had never been meant to live.

From the moment he was born, and even before that, death was always easier.

His mother had dodged bullets and poison so he could be born, and when he did he laid still for a minute before crying. His squalid arms and legs, his ill-beating heart - the midwife told his mom not to hope too dearly. But she didn't listen.

He didn't listen either. When his father, and the bullies, and the Resistance told him to surrender, to stop fighting, to stay on the floor - he didn't. And he'd had broken bones in every part of his body and bled out his full body weight more than once in his time but he was still standing.

Hux didn't have a shield held by the Force itself to save him, he had weapons, he had fabric or dirt or water or metal, he had nails and teeth, he had rage. When all of the former had run out he still had his brain, his beating heart that technology had made beat at the right rhythm. He had will.

Kylo/Hux Resistance AU!

Hux is in the first order, but Kylo is in the resistance and they meet not knowing who eathcother are. They get quite attached to each other over the course of a few meetings. Then, of course, they find out who each other are and sparks fly.

Bonus for Kylo being convinced that Hux was a victim of First Order propaganda as a citizen before he find out that he's one of the worst offenders.

I've read plenty of prompts about Kylo feeling insecure about his looks but I haven't seen anything for Hux. The story doesn't have to get sexual but I would just like something about Hux thinking he's ugly or feel like no one would want to be with him because of how he looks. And then preferably Kylo shows him he has nothing to be ashamed of.

Just the whole idea that he put a baby in him and now that child was forcing his way out of Kylo's body. It appears to be canon, or nearly canon, that Commandment Hux was a crappy father. But as one of the survivors of the Empire he was surely very busy in rebuilding society and structure as a whole for the Imperials who fled.

And while Armitage was raised in part by a nanny-droid Maratelle was still a part of his childhood.

I want to see purposefully neglectful and emotionally and mentally abusive Maratelle taking out her aggression on Armitage. Her non-son thanks to her unfaithful husband.

Can be a reflective piece from Hux's perspective or a current (or past) view from Maratelle.

+ You could add physical abuse too at her hands but I like to think that Brendol Hux was the more physical of the two.
