In order to grow their ranks, Snoke expects all of the Knights of Ren to bear children. Since men don't have the right parts, they have to endure an extremely fucked up process (scientific, Force-induced, or both) so they can develop the organs needed to incubate and bear the child. It goes without saying that the pregnancy itself is equally horrific. Since the pregnancy is part of the trials that the Knights of Ren go through, they are forbidden to protest or even complain--to do so is a sign of weakness.

Write me a fic where Kylo goes through the process and pregnancy, and please play up the body horror.

Post-TFA, the Resistance manages to steal a cache of high-security electronic records that detail the intricacies of the Stormtrooper indoctrination program, as designed by Brendol Hux Sr. Among said documents is a file on 'Subject 0', the initial candidate for the program.

When they open the vid-record, they're confronted with a tiny, smiling ginger waving happily at the camera, giggling happily about 'playin' wit'
Daddy!'. He can't be more then three years old.

As the record progresses, he doesn't smile as much. There are bruises. Broken bones. A list of exercises, and the associated punishments. Punishments for not saying 'please'. For having less then perfect diction. Punishments for asking a 'superior officer' to stop, please, it hurts, you're HURTING me, daddy, please - .

At the end of the vid-tape, General Hux's face stares back at them. Pristine. Cold.

Brendol Hux Sr. was the man who designed the stormtropper program, and he used his son as the initial test subject for literally every indoctrination and 'reconditioning' protocol existent.

Not one member of the Resistance can face General Hux without remember that tiny toddler, crying.

Kylo Ren had been reliably informed that General Hux was ill and had lost his voice and would work from his quarters.

General Hux did not do that. He had once come to his shift delirious with fever and double vision. Kylo had prepared himself for a day full of cranky Hux, for the night before he had been forced to entertain his father’s old cronies, a group of vile and disgusting men.

Kylo was between worried and intrigued and headed for Hux’s quarters after finding out that no medical droid had been summoned by Hux.

There was a message on his door that referred the curious to his second in command. Kylo reached out to wretch the door open, then paused, opting for a more subtle approach. He reached for his slicing tools.


Hux hated his father’s cronies and made sure he stayed sober in their presence. Waking up weak and nauseous was perplexing, covered in sweat was gross but manageable. Waking up a woman was a huge problem.

He yanked his sleep shirt of and tossed it onto the floor. He touched his chest again and gave a choked out noise that would have been a scream of panic in other people. He reached down and palmed them, shivering at the pleasurable excitement then yanked his hands away. He panted through a surge of anxiety as he laid back down on the bed, frowning at the movement of the breasts.

He took a few deep breaths, then closed his eyes and slid his hand inside his sleep pants. He fought the surge of panic as he felt for the missing cock. He took a few deep breaths as he tried to get ahold of his emotions. He reached down and explored the unfamiliar equipment, stopping when an unfamiliar thrill of arousal ran though him. He lay panting, trying his best not to panic.

After texting in sick he disabled all voice and vid channels, showered, and then began a meticulous review of the previous evening.


He heard his door opening and he grabbed a blaster. He aimed it at the figure in the doorway, “Give me a reason to not shoot you, Ren.”

“I changed your door code when I sliced my way in. And you have a problem.”

Hux sensed Kylo’s bemused scrutiny but eventually lowered the blaster. “Leader Snoke did put you at my disposal. Have you ever heard of anything like this?”

“Only whispers and rumors. 10211956 by the way.” Kylo said, “I suppose you’ve already made a list of events that could’ve led to this?”

Hux held out the data pad but flinched when Kylo got too close. Kylo pulled it over to him, maintaining his distance. Hux frowned, “I don’t know why I reacted like that.” Then he frowned, “Why did you use my mother’s birthdate as a door code.”

“Well, that’s a coincidence.”

“What?”

“Our mothers were born on the same day.”

Hux hated to admit it but Kylo did have a sharp intelligence when he was not having a tantrum.

Hux jumped up as the door began opening, Kylo said, “Medical override, I can see the panel from here.”

“Get rid of them!” Hux hissed proceeding to lock himself in the bathroom.

Commandant Achar entered and openly frowned when seeing Kylo standing in Hux’s outer room. “Leave, this does not concern you.”

“You misused the medical override, I know you are not a member of the medical staff and reportedly even have difficulty with the application of bacta strips.”

“You need to leave, I have urgent business with General Hux.” Commandant Achar shifted as if he was uncomfortable.

Kylo noticed the source of the old man’s discomfort, “What kind of business? He’s not feeling well.”

Commandant Achar looked surprised and an emotion Kylo could not immediately name, the old man pointed to the door, “Leave.”

“You first, he needs some sleep.”

“You leave, I will make sure she is taken care of.”

Kylo shifted and could see Hux’s outraged face peering out through a crack in the refresher door, and rightly assumed Commandant Achar could not see him from the other room.

Kylo thrust out his hand and grabbed Commandant Achar, “No more games, tell me why you are really here.”

“Rotten punk!”

“Talk!”

Commandant Achar struggled for a few moments, then grunted out, “He was supposed to be made a woman by now! I came to impregnate her!”

Kylo looked over and saw the utterly confused look on Hux’s face, “Wouldn’t hiring him a woman be easier? I mean, the drugs you had to take are not the most pleasant. And you can’t be comfortable.” Kylo sensed that Commandant Achar was trying to hold back and gave the man a shake.

“Not my idea, but orders are orders.”

“Brendol Hux.”

Hux burst out of the refresher and began unloading on Commandant Achar, “Why in the name of the Force would you do this? He’s dead, and anything he intended should die with him! I have made my own way, working against his demeaning and discouraging words! He was a horrible person and I’m glad he’s dead!”

“How dare you speak of your father like that! He was a great and honorable man…”

“Lord Ren! Throw him out!”

Kylo opened the door and hurled Commandant Achar out the door into the hallway. He closed the door and asked, “May I use your console for a moment?”

Hux nodded and sat down, flinching at the movement. “Damn boobs.”

Kylo smiled under his helmet, “Proper undergarments and sitting gracefully.” He pulled up a screen displaying a planetary system. “He stopped here on his way to the little party last night. The fifth planet has a methane atmosphere and is the source of a drug that is rumored to produce a sex change, only made permanent by making that person pregnant. Otherwise it is a few days of this.” Kylo waved his hand at Hux’s condition.

Hux had calmed down. “Well, I guess I can work from here, not great for efficiency, what are you doing?” He asked as Kylo was rummaging through Hux’s laundry.

Kylo tested the stretch of some sheets, then ripped them into a long strip. Hux gave up protesting.

“Shirt off.”

“What?”

Kylo waved the strip, Hux frowned but turned away and took his shirt off. He held his arms up and let Kylo wrap him rather tightly. After he felt the end tucked in he stepped away, giving a couple of bounces on his feet.

“That’s better, thank you.”

“Unwrap it slowly, I don’t think it’s too tight but unwrapping it slowly will show you how to do it on your own. Or I can…”

“No, you’ve been enough help. Thank you.”

“You’re welcome General.” Kylo nodded and left the quarters.

Kylo/Hux and Hux + Knights of Ren - They're all needy and attached to Hux

As is the common trope, Kylo is an affection-starved, friendless mess who finally gets some relief and much needed socialization when he enters a relationship with Hux. Hux is the only one brave enough to speak with him like an equal, touch him, or even get near him. Kylo gets incredibly attached to him because of it.

Over time, the other Knights of Ren take cues from their master and get the memo: Hux will deal with them without fear and quench their thirst for interaction with another sentient being that isn't each other. They start craving his attention too (though not sexually or romantically like Kylo).

Basically Hux ends up surrounded not only by Kylo Ren, but by the various Knights of Ren too when they're around. It's like having seven huge and dangerous but grudgingly affectionate cats all vying for his time.

+ Kylo gets first dibs and other Knights have to back off when he wants Hux time. Hux isn't too happy with being negotiated about like a toy they have to share.

++ A scene where Hux is surrounded by all of them at the same time, possibly on his bed to boot, and starts wondering when and how this became his life.

Brendol Hux has been estranged from his wife for years. It's always been a loveless marriage, but before their son there had at least been sex. Now it's just two bitter people who can't stand each other existing in the same house, bound together by propriety and duty.

Neither of them have particular interest in their progeny; Brendol has not been abusive, per se, only distant and disinterested beyond making certain he has the right values instilled in him. Mrs. Hux knew her son would never really be hers, and didn't bother trying. What's the point of loving someone who is only going to end up a brute, a smaller, sharper version of her husband?

Hux is sent off to schooling, and when he visits home it's just perfunctory inquiries about his studies and a few vague attempts at familiarity. However, he worships the ground his father walks on, hangs off his every word, strives constantly for Brendol's approval. It's... gratifying.

Hux comes home before his first commission, only 18. He looks a great deal like his mother had, long ago. Pretty. And with this alluring desire to please.

Instead of hating one another from the outset, Kylo Ren and General Hux fall in love at first sight.

...not a stately, dignified love, though. That would have been too easy on everyone else.

Instead, Ren and Hux fall into the over-dramatic, overkill-levels sappy love that is a bystander's worst nightmare. There are pet names. ('Sweetie-pie!' 'Honey-bunch!' 'My little cupcake!') There are overly dramatic confessions of their feelings. ('I have conquered this planet for the glory of the First Order, but I have had it renamed 'Hux's Heart' in honor of the warmest, kindest heart I have ever known!') There are gifts - oh, there are gifts of flowers and candy. ('...Sir, the 'troopers haven't been able to make it through the corridors today due to the huge drifts of pink petals'. 'Leave them in place, Captain.')

Basically, everyone on the Finalizer is rooting for these two maniacs to just FINISH WITH THE OVERLY CUTE DATES AND GO HAVE SEX ALREADY in the hopes that things get back to normal.

+ If the Resistance finds out about this. Han and Leia originally blame each other for Ben's skewed vision of 'Romance', before they realize that it was actually Chewie who gave Ben 'the Talk' as well as the 'How to Woo A Proper Mate' talk.

A reactor leak on the Finalizer vaporises the entire crew. The ships computer freezes Kylo Ren's bacta tank in an effort to keep him in stasis until the radiation levels are safe. He wakes up 3 million years in the future on a ghost ship, with only a holographic General Hux (the highest-ranking crew member) and the space-crazy ships computer for company. That is, until they find Millicent's last surviving descendant (who was sealed safely in the General's quarters, and then into the uncontaminated holds). And C3P0, the indestructible, neurotic protocol droid.

Kylo doesn't have much in common with Lister, but I'd love to see him trying to work out what to do now that everyone is dead and any vengeance or galactic domination plans are thoroughly derailed, while holographic Hux bitches about being dead.

We've had Finn/Poe variations of the "I love you"/"I know" scene, but what about a Finn/Poe version of the Anakin and Padme love confession from Attack of the Clones?

Finn and Poe have feelings for each other, but for some reason (up to the author) they keep refusing to act on them. Maybe they've even talked about how they shouldn't be together. Then cue the capture by the First Order/space pirates/villain of the week. As they're waiting for their execution, they finally admit their feelings for each other.

Obviously there's a rescue and a happy ending but give me all the angst first.

Kylo Ren never talks, he doesn't even use telepathy to communicate verbally, he just makes things "understood" by the people he has to communicate with. Not even Snoke has heard his (mental) voice since he was 15.

One day, he starts talking (mentally) to Hux and a friendship forms.

+1 if the reason he started talking to Hux is that he realized they both share similar trauma.
+10 Hux used to think he found Ren's mutism annoying, but he realises it's a sort of jealousy that he can get away with things.

Finn wakes up in medical, and the last thing he remembers is Rey being flung into a tree by Kylo Ren. Now she's not there, people keep saying she's fine, she's just out of communication range, but he will not believe they aren't lying to him. He's sure Rey's been killed, and he blames himself. He runs away from the Resistance because he can't take how everyone's lying to protect him when he's the one who couldn't protect her.
