AU - the First Order emerges earlier and more powerful, overthrows the Republic. 14-16 year old Poe and his father are on the run and end up on Jakku, Poe's father dies. Poe finds lil Finn, abandoned when New Order ship crashed on the planet. Poe raises Finn as an oldersibling/parental figure.

It's been a long time since Han Solo was that pretty young hot-shot that made all the ladies swoon. So why does Rey keep looking at him like he still is?

Poe/Finn - Going Undercover + Uniform Kink

For whatever reason, both Poe and Finn have to infiltrate a First Order base. Finn, naturally goes back in as a Stormtrooper. However, Poe can't pull off the Stormtrooper gait to save his life. Luckily for them, they just so happen to have a spare TIE Fighter pilot suit lying around and a stolen TIE Fighter.

When on base, Poe's wondering why the others are giving them such a wide berth or giving them odd looks (as much as one can from behind a helmet). When accosted by other TIE fighter pilots who are curious about Finn, the questions are decidedly odd and pointed and Finn is extremely tense. But nothing happens, in fact, it goes rather smoothly. Upon the completion of the mission, Poe asks Finn for an explanation. Turns out that it's common knowledge TIE fighter pilots would fuck Stormtroopers when off-duty to relieve stress/boredom and all the questions Poe just answered were variations of "Is the trooper a good lay?"

Poe doesn't know how to react.

+Their rousing success results in them being repeatedly sent back in the same disguises - because no one is going to look too closely at a TIE fighter pilot with his Trooper toy.
+++ Poe and Finn actually BLUFFING their way through a close capture by uhh, well not so bluffing their very real fucking to avoid blowing their cover.

Because the First Order does most of it's dealings in "secret" no one really knows who the higher ups are outside of maybe by name. Finn having worked for them has a better knowledge of who they are, more so considering his Commander Phasma was Hux right hand. So when he (and the Resistance) come across the guy, Finn is the only one who recognizes him.

+ Hux had to run after the destruction of the base because Kylo put all of the blame on him.
+ Maybe he was trying to gather intell on the Resistance to get back on Snoke's good grace.
+ He tries to overpower Finn before he gets back to tell his friends who he is, but he has zero combat experience.

Gen or any pairing is fine, I just want crack to tbh.

Two characters, one from the Resistance and one from the First Order, match on the galactic equivalent of Tinder/Grindr unwittingly. Maybe they don't want to have sex with any of their coworkers, maybe they have an innocuous kink that they want to indulge. They meet somewhere neutral to hook up and are a little freaked out when they discover who exactly their date is.

Nonetheless, they decide to double-down, agree to never tell anybody about this, and proceed to have an amazing time.

+ If going the innocuous kink route: the sillier/sweeter the kink is, the better. More “tickling,” less “watersports.” (Uh, no watersports, please.)
++ If Kylo is involved, he goes in disguise, either as Matt the Radar Technician or a disguise of your choosing. His partner sees through this immediately.

The Resistance moves its base back to Yavin 4. Poe is happy to be home, and Kes reconnects with some of friends from the Rebellion days. Really reconnects. As in, Poe's Dad is dating General Organa now.

+Poe is equal parts thrilled that his Dad & Leia get to be happy after going through so much, and mortified because Dad, REALLY?
+Awkward family dinner parties with bonus Ackbar, Starura and the other highest-rank Resistance members,
+Leia and Poe were close, but their relationship has always been professional and not motherly. Changing that now is awkward but rewarding for both of them.

Ben Solo, First Order, possible pairing.

Ben Solo is a member of the Resistance, part of the team sent to destroy Starkiller base. During the fight, they meet some members of the First Order, and Ben does a very big, very dramatic heroic sacrifice to allow the rest of the team to escape, the "Go, I'll hold them off!" kind . It is the one great loss of the attack.
Leia is certain that he isn't dead, because she didn't feel it in the Force. Han has a harder time believing. Poe is left to hoping his friend is being held prisoner, which is not a reassuring thought when he remembers his own short time in their custody. Everyone grieves.

So that is why it is a huge shock and damaging blow when during their next fight, they see Ben all dressed in black, wielding a red lightsaber, and cutting down Resistance members in the name of the First Order.

Up to anon what happened to him, (Brainwashing? Mind Control? Just changed sides?) as long as the entire thing is told from the perspective of the Resistance. (Ben captured and coming back evil)

Can be GEN, but Kylux or Ben/Poe very much accepted.

I like this very much. It reminds me of characters in other fandoms I love. I enjoy those pairings, but I think we need more gen Ben fics. :) UST could work here, too.
How much time do you think has passed between his heroic stand and his dark return? Weeks, months, or years?
And any ideas on Ben-now-Kylo's relationship with Hux? (Poe could easily be a BFF, but idk how Hux would react to him. It prob depends on how Ben becomes Kylo.)
