Kylo/Ben is an awkward noodle though, and talking to people about how to flirt/befriend people doesn't really help him get anywhere. SO INSTEAD HE TURNS TO BB-8, POE'S BESTEST DROID BUDDY. this droid has had the galaxy's most important information hidden in its little beachball body before, maybe Beebee has some pointers on Poe too.

basically ben needs BB-8's help with Poe. BB can react however you please (helpful but ben still screws up, sabotage, matchmaking, etc) but bonus if Kylo/Ben and Poe end up in sexy situations.

Finally, General Hux has come face to face with General Organa. He has long dreamed of this moment.

Specifically, because he can finally, finally, FINALLY indulge in a long-cherished dream of informing (lit: ranting at) her about EVERYTHING her son has been up to. The corridors! The bad attempts at going undercover! The annual budgetary expense - oh Maker, the budget... They've had to install a 'Kylo Ren' slush fund! He tinkers with the Environmental controls whenever he gets bored! He takes Tie fighters out for joyrides! Whenever he doesn't know something he makes vague references to 'the Force' and 'the will of the Force' - Hux has seen him solumely declare that the fate of the VERY LAST COOKIE was predetermined before he ate it!

Leia actually feels the tiniest bit sorry for this poor man as Hux continues to list every single thing that Kylo Ren has done to the poor Imperials.

Enroute to Snoke's, Kylo Ren suffers from...

SPACE.

MADNESS.

Ewok impressions that include setting traps in the hallways for unwary crew. Running around the ship buck naked and cackling like he's a Kowakian monkey-lizard. Pushing ALLLL the shiny, candy-like buttons.

It doesn't matter what caused this illness of Ren's; Hux is the one that has to deal with it. Kylo will only let Hux approach him, and all the other officers and troops aboard the ship happily went "NOT IT!" and proceeded to take surreptitious holos of everything.

Hux is not amused. Hux is also not panicking that Kylo has lost his mind and will never be the same again. Hux is definitely not going to let on to the crew that he cares about Kylo at all, and certainly not that he sometimes cares so deeply it hurts. Because he doesn't. Nope. Not at all.

He just wants Kylo back.

tbh this could work really well with poe/leia.
- poe's missing a mother figure in his life (since shara died when he was like 8)
- poe idolised his mom and maybe some of that was transferred over to leia
- poe calling leia mommy suddenly brings out the thoughts that leia had been avoiding (poe being only a few years older than ben, that maybe she's using him as a fucked up surrogate for her son)

BG Leia/Luke or Any - Leia Trained Ben as a Jedi

After Endor, Luke trained Leia as a Jedi, like he promised to. Though organizing the Rebellion remained her main goal and she didn't join Luke at his school, she became competent in most of the force techniques Luke knew and some he discovered later.

However, his insistence on reviving the Jedi Order bothered her- as someone who had heard firsthand accounts of what the Order was like just before its collapse, she felt force users shouldn't be isolated from society, and they had a major falling out over it.

So, when she realized that Ben was force-sensitive, she took his training into her own hands. But it went wrong- terribly wrong. Ben saw her fights with Luke and he twisted it, began seeing Luke and his school as his enemy, the Jedi Order as the cause of the galactic civil war. He swore to irradicate them in order to secure the tenuous peace in the galaxy.

Maybe Kylo (now known as Ben) comes across Hux quite by an accident at a shady back alley? Maybe Kylo/Ben and Hux had had a thing going on while they were in the FO?

TL;DR: Hux becomes a prostitute after fall of the FO, and Kylo/Ben sees him in the desperate state.

Poe/Finn - Reincarnation throughout the Ages/Worlds

What if Poe and Finn instantly clicked because they'd known each other in countless previous reincarnations? Orbiting each other like tidally locked planets, they always meet, fall in love (or sometimes don't), and then die.

Poe and Finn speaking in millenia dead languages only two of them can understand. Finn dreaming of other names he used to own that sound achingly familiar but never owning one until Poe. Poe constantly flying because he's lost, searching for the other half of his soul. Deja vu. Finn constantly sent for reconditioning to erase the dreams (which never works and the dreams always come back and he wakes up speaking in dead languages and tears in his eyes)

Sometimes they never meet together in the same lifespan and are adrift. Sometimes one dies before the other and the other has to live on. Unconscious body-memory, repeating actions, words, mannerisms. Some changing, some constant.

Poe and Finn are in the literal sense, soulmates. Maybe they remember their past lives, maybe they don't.

Somehow Finn and Rey swap bodies, and instead of telling everyone, they decide to have a bit of fun. Rey gets a little break from Jedi training, and Finn gets to see how cool Luke is or whatever.

Later on, after going back to each others bunks, Finn realises he's forgotten to tell Rey one super important bit of information. He and Poe are a thing now, and Poe might want to fool around. And that's not cool, nobody touches Poe but him!

Bonus:
- Poe knows. Poe TOTALLY knows, and decides to have some fun of his own. (Nothing dub-conny, I'm thinking silly "we could do that thing you like", and ridiculous pet names. Trying to make her crack and admit she's Rey. He stops and comes clean before it goes anywhere).
