[Fill] Everyone Needs a Little Spacr [1/5]

(Anonymous) 2016-02-20 06:01 pm (UTC)(link)
I'm a little nervous posting this cause it's my first Star Wars fic, but I hope you'll enjoy. Ugh, titles I am horrible at. Not beta'd so any mistakes are my own v.v Hope you enjoy!

Lieutenant Dopheld Mitaka glanced around him nervously as he stalked through the hallways of the Finalizer. He’d accomplished his duties for the day and was now looking forward to packing for the two days leave he had requested. The First Order wasn’t overly fond of granting any of their officers, at any level vacation time, but he’d managed to make a case for himself with General Hux by appealing to the man’s hatred in dealing with Kylo Ren. It was easy enough to gain a small sliver of sympathy when he reminded General Hux that it was Mitaka who had been the one to inform Kylo Ren about the droid escaping them.

General Hux’s wince and dismissive wave of his hand had been a god send. He’d been granted two days reprieve on the nearest planet to them. Iscera wasn’t a large overly populated planet, and that suited Mitaka just fine. He wasn’t really going to be going out much if he had his way.

Once he was safely in his quarters and away from the eyes of any of other First Order members, Mitaka pulled his personal data pad out and quickly logged into the one program he’d never admit he used, even under torture. Spacr.

Mitaka had only joined the popular dating program because he’d heard some of the stormtroopers talking about it. Apparently FN-2187 had been known to use the site quite often before his desertion. Or so the rumours went.

Ignoring that he should have reported said troopers; Mitaka had instead logged on out of curiosity and soon found himself enjoying speaking with others. There was a particular user that he’d logged many hours exchanging messages with darkpilot228.

This man was the reason that Mitaka had requested the two day vacation. He was going down to Iscera’s largest city to meet up with him with the promise that darkpilot228 would make all his deepest desires come true.

When Mitaka checked his messages, he had to fight back an excited smile as he opened the latest one from dartpilot228.

Can’t wait to see you ;)

This was really going to happen! He hurriedly sent a reply,

I’ll be at the hotel soon.

Feeling a bubble of anticipation in his stomach, Mitaka finished with his pack and hurried out of his room. Trying to maintain a neutral façade as he made his way to the hanger where his ship to Iscera was waiting.

-

The bar situated in the hotel where Mitaka had booked for his vacation was much more crowded that Mitaka had originally anticipated. At first he could not comprehend why darkpilot228 would wish to meet in such a busy area, but strategically it made sense if the other man was trying not to stand out.

As he wove through the crowd toward the bar, Mitaka noticed some of the other patrons, human and non-human, casting curious and appraising glances his way. It made him feel as though he stood out even though he had changed out of his First Order uniform into a plain long sleeved black shirt and a pair of black trousers. Thankfully, no one approached him, much to Mitaka’s anxious relief. He had very little experience interacting with anyone other than stormtroopers and First Order officers. He would not know how to interact with a civilian; he was already a mess of nerves wondering what he would say to darkpilot228 when he finally met him.

Feeling edgy, he ordered a drink in hopes that it would relax him and make him blend in more. First Order members were not permitted to drink alcohol, so Mitaka casually asked for the same drink that many of the patrons of the bar seemed to be drinking.

As he waited for his drink, Mitaka glanced around, hoping to spot his companion for the next two days. He’d been told to look for a man wearing dark shades and a brown leather jacket. The jacket would be the same one that darkpilot228 had in his rather, at least to Mitaka, erotic profile image. Darkpilot228’s Spacr profile picture featured the man wearing a pilot’s helmet, his nose and pouty lips the only defining features visible under the helmet, and wearing only a leather jacket with a sliver of his chest peaking out between the flaps.

Mitaka found himself flushing at the thought of the image. Even though he couldn’t see darkpilot228’s face in it fully, what he could see was very pleasing to the eye, and Mitaka was sure that he would not be disappointed when he saw the man’s face fully. Thinking about the man only made Mitaka more anxious about meeting him.

When his drink came, Mitaka lifted it up preparing to take a sip in hopes of soothing his uneasy excitement.

“You might not want to drink that,” A smooth voice said from behind him, “Iscarian whisky is known to sheer a couple layers off you stomach lining, particularly if you’ve never drank it before.”

Startled Mitaka turned to face one of the most beautiful men he had ever seen. The man was at least a head shorter than him, with dark curly hair, dark eyes, and tanned skin. He appeared to be older than Mitaka by a few years, but when he thought about it that wasn’t an issue at all for him.

There’s a smile on the man’s face and Mitaka feels a tug of familiarity as he looks down at the man’s lips. “Are you darkpilot228?” He asks brusquely.

The man laugh’s and throws back Mitaka’s drink, grimacing as he does so. “That I am Mr. first lieutenant. You can just call me Poe.” The name seemed common enough, but once again Mitaka felt a sense of familiarity with it as stared at the man.

“You may call me Mika.” Mitaka has never had to use a false name before, and decides on a shortened version of his last name; it will be simpler to recall.

“Well Mika, why don’t I order us some lighter drinks and then we can go up to your room to get a little more comfortable. From our exchanged messages it sounded like you really needed to let off some steam, and I know the perfect way to do it.”

Poe’s easy smile had Mitaka’s heart thumping loudly in his chest and he found himself unable to do anything other than nod repeatedly.

The smile turned into a grin as Poe turned to the bartender and order two electric blue drinks for them. “Lead the way Mika and we can get started.”

Nodding and fighting back a blush, Mitaka leads Poe up to the small yet charming room that he’d booked for his time on the Iscera.

Three hours and ten delicious blue drinks later found Mitaka curled deep into Poe’s arms, sobbing out all of his sorrows.

“I just. . . my superior’s are cruel! They always send me to deal with the worst person in the galaxy!” Sniffling Mitaka tried not to imagine all the harm he’d come to at Kylo Ren’s hands, especially the force chocking. “He’d never kill me but he has no qualms about hitting me, throwing me against things, or chocking me!” The last part ended in a series of loud sobs.

It was nice being held, Mitaka decided, pushing his face further into Poe’s warm chest. On his Spacr he’d listed his desires as just exactly this, being held and comforted; he hadn’t meant to bemoan his lot in life, but now that he’d begun he found it hard to keep his mouth still. He knew part of that was the effect of the alcoholic beverages he had been consuming, but he found himself caring very little about that. It wasn’t as though he was ever going to see this man again after his two day vacation was over. . .the though of which had him feeling even more upset.

Poe said very little as Mitaka spoke, only holding him tighter and rubbing a soothing hand in circles on his back, making the occasional sound to encourage him to continue. When it seemed Mitaka had nothing more to say at the moment, he finally spoke. “If you hate the people who are in charge so much, why don’t you leave and find another job?”

“W-what?” Mitaka jerked away from Poe to look up at him as though he were a basic speaking bantha. “Leave the Fir- my job? No one ever leaves!” But wait, that wasn’t really true anymore, was it? FN-2187 had left the First Order, defected and run away to join the resistance, if rumours were to be believed. “W-where would I even go?”

“I think I know somewhere that would be glad to have you. If you find that you don’t like it there, then they’ll be happy to situate you somewhere else that is more to your taste.” Poe was looking at him with such a sure and comforting gaze, making Mitaka want to believe all of his words.

There was something in Poe’s gaze that lit a spark of recognition. “Oh. . . y-you’re. . .you’re Poe Dameron aren’t you. Black One.” It all made sense now, his Spacr handle, the confidence he had about finding somewhere for Mitaka to be. “You want me to join the Resistance.”

Poe nodded, not looking the least be concerned at his identity being discovered. Not that he’d tried hard to keep it hidden really; Mitaka was just apparently really slow. “If you want to, we could always use more people, and having someone with intimate knowledge of the First Order is very useful.” Mitaka flinched away from him at the phrasing, and Poe’s expression softened. “We won’t expect you to tell us everything you’re not comfortable with, and I promise if you don’t want to stay we’ll find you somewhere safe for you to live out your life.”

Mitaka wanted to believe him, but it was such a farfetched idea. “Is it true about FN-2187? That he went to the resistance?”

“You mean Finn, he’d got his own name and works with us now. He’s healed from the damage Kylo Ren did to him on Star Killer and is fitting in great with the Resistance, and everyone loves him there.” Poe looked fond as he spoke about the former stormtrooper.

Even though he wasn’t trained in interrogation and lie detection, Mitaka could not read any lies in Poe’s face as he studied it. “No doing anything I don’t want?”

Poe nodded with a reassuring smile.

“No torture?”

“The Resistance doesn’t believe in torture.”

That was a little hard to believe, but comforting.

“Will I get to see you around?”

Grinning Poe nodded, “You’ll probably get sick and tired of seeing me before the week is up.” Mitaka found that very unlikely, but didn’t voice his thoughts on it.

“Can I. . .can I keep my own name?” He’d always been Dopheld Mitaka, and even if it may not be the name he was born with, in the First Order it was the only thing that was his.

Poe chuckled and patted his arm. “Of course, we’re not going to make you become someone else to join the Resistance. Like I said, you don’t need to do anything you don’t want to do.”

It sounded all too good to be true and yet. . . what was waiting for him back aboard the Finalizer? A life following commands, constantly being undermined and reprimanded, and even worse dealing General Hux and Kylo Ren. Mitaka had no real desire to deal with either man again, especially Kylo Ren and his Force powers.

It was that more than anything that convinced Mitaka that this was what was best for him. He felt a smile stretching across his face at the thought, he’d never thought ofdoing anything for himself until these last few days and it felt good. “Alright. I’ll do it. I want to join the Resistance.”

“That a boy!” Poe pulled him close and Mitaka felt himself relax into the comfort of the other man’s arms, feeling relaxed for the first time in his life. “As a final kick in the ass to the First Order for you, why don’t we go and run up a huge tab in the bar to celebrate your freedom?”

That sounded pretty good, especially when he imagined General Hux’s enraged face. “Let’s do it!”

If I haven't lost OP with this, this chapter is supposed to be the first in a series. I have four more parts to it vaguely planned out, so keep your eye out for more!

Thank you everyone for the comments! I'm glad you enjoyed the first chapter. This took longer than anticipated because someone didn't want to behave for me.

“I don’t believe it! Another trooper put out of commission by Ren! That’s fifteen this month alone!” General Hux bellowed, kicking at a nearby chair several times in an attempt to alleviate his anger. “This wouldn’t be an issue if Mitaka hadn’t deserted!”

Phasma was thankful that her helmet kept her expression of boredom hidden as she drowned out Hux’s voice. She’d heard this same rant about all the problems Lieutenant Mitaka’s defection had caused several times now. It was beginning to become a daily occurrence and a rather droll one at that. Bitching about the Lieutenant being gone wasn’t going to bring him back and it wasn’t going to make dealing with Kylo Ren any easier.

If Phasma were to be honest, she wasn’t surprised the boy had run off, she rarely had to deal with Kylo Ren one on one and she found it tedious and frustrating. Lieutenant Mitaka had been Hux’s errand boy, usually sent to deliver any bad news to Kylo Ren; it was a surprise he’d lived long enough to escape the First Order.

Some part of Phasma admired him for it. Mostly she thought he was an idiot for making a target of himself by leaving and then fleeing to the Resistance.

The thought of the Resistance brought a scowl to Phasma’s face, as her mind recalled the other defector that had followed the same path as Mitaka months before. FN-2187; one of her most promising stormtroopers and ultimately one of the First Order’s greatest failures.

“Phasma, go and fetch Kylo, we have a meeting with Supreme Leader Snoke.” Hux’s voice snapped her thoughts back to the present. What had he just said? Fetch Kylo Ren? Was he ordering her around like a common stormtrooper?

Phasma was glad that her helmet kept Hux from seeing the expression on her face, which was likely a mix between disgust and disbelief. One of her hands clenched at her side but she held her tongue. “Very well.” Turning stiffly she made her way out of the room secretly seething.

Locating Kylo Ren wasn’t difficult all she had to do was find the area that the largest group of stormtroopers was fleeing from. Perhaps she would include training on how to deal with Kylo Ren’s temper tantrums in the stormtrooper curriculum; she was getting tired of dealing with injured or dead troopers because of him. Although it looked like most of them were wise enough to flee the area at the first sight of Kylo Ren’s temper.

Keeping her head held high, Phasma passes by the fleeing troopers and enters the room where she knows Kylo Ren to be. The red flash of his lightsaber and the sound of broken computers paint a big sign for her to follow.

“General Hux has requested your presence for a meeting with the Supreme Leader.” She informs him brusquely, still insulted at having to be an errand girl for Hux now that his preferred scapegoat is gone.

Kylo Ren turns to her, lightsaber held high in an act of aggression. “Is Hux too much of a coward to come get me himself?” He snarled, daring Phasma to take a side on Hux and Kylo Ren’s eternal tug-o-war of hatred.

Phasma had to fight the urge to roll her eyes, Kylo Ren could probably sense if she did. “I do not claim to know the mind of the General; I only go where I am told.”

“He’s demoted you to errand girl now?”

Oh, now that was a cheap shot that Phasma did not appreciate, but she held her tongue on it. “If you have no further need of me, I have troops to over see.”

The lightsaber was turned off and Kylo Ren stood to his full height walking toward her until they were facing each other. It amused Phasma that she stood taller than both Kylo Ren and Hux, but the height difference was not enough. The problem with the members of the First Order, particularly the higher ups was that they were all so tall. Phasma enjoyed towering over others, it was one of her few joys in life, and as a member of the First Order, she wasn’t able to partake in that joy in the way she wanted.

Eventually Kylo Ren, brushed past her without a word, headed in the direction of the room he and Hux has their private meetings with Supreme Leader Snoke. Phasma watched him leave before heading to her own room, pulling out a datapad and sending a message quickly. The message contained a location, a date, and the command You will meet me here.

Satisfied that the order would be followed, Phasma set about preparing a flight plan and plausible reason for her trip. She would take a group of junior recruits with her as a cover, Hux had been complaining about her stormtroopers lately, so it would be a simple matter to have the outing approved.

-

Phasma glanced at her watch with boredom. She hated when anyone was late, as a captain her time was immensely valuable and not to be wasted in any way. It did not occur to her to care that the person she was waiting for did not know what she looked like. Her Spacr profile included a picture of her torso with her holding a blaster in her black bodysuit. More importantly her profile listed her height, and in this small cantina very few measured up to her, and of those who did were either men or not human. If darkpilot228 showed up, he should be able to pick her out in the crowd.

A quiet seemed to settle over the gathered crowd as many of the patrons looked over as the door opened to admit a newcomer. Phasma couldn’t see them from where she was sitting, but anyone that drew so much interest from a crowd was someone she was curious about.

When she finally caught a glimpse of the individual, Phasma had to hold in a laugh. Oh all the people the galaxy.

Standing she moved over to him and stopped directly before him, it was amusing to watch him look up and up. She stands almost a foot taller than him and it is exhilarating.

“You must be ChromeCaptain.”

Phasma smiles predatorily. “Indeed I am Commander Dameron.” She keeps her voice low enough that only he can hear her. The sound of his name causes his eyes to widen and dark around the room looking for an escape. “Do not worry, I came here for only the reasons I have said, I have no interest in handing you over to anyone.” Taking his arm she drags him behind her to the room she has rented. He pulls back against her at first, as ineffectual as the action is, before relenting and following along obediently.

They get to the room and Phasma slams the door behind her after pushing Dameron in, locking it to ensure he doesn’t escape before she is through with him.

“I must say your recruitment posters paint you taller Commander Dameron.”

Dameron lets out a nervous laugh, shrugging helplessly. “Does that disappoint you?”

“Hardly, I prefer a man I can crush with ease.”

He looks around apprehensively before changing the subject.. “So you know who I am but other than your Spacr name I have no idea who you are.”

There is a moment where Phasma debates lying about her identity, it’s quickly discarded because if need be she can silence Poe Dameron and deal with one of the biggest thorns in the First Order’s side. Not that she finds herself caring all that much about it.

“Phasma, Captain Phasma.” She finally answers, studying his face to gauge his reply.

Dameron blinks owlishly in surprise. “Huh. . . I would not have guessed that.” Phasma knows that she has as much a reputation as Dameron himself has as a fighter. Instead of being intimidated by the revelation of her identity, Dameron chuckles to himself. “So do you First Order types have some sort of obsession with me. . . because I have to tell you aren’t my first.”

“If you are referring to the desertion of FN-2187 from the First Order. . .” She doesn’t finish her sentence, before Poe replies.

“Finn,” Dameron’s voice was steely, “his name is Finn. It wasn’t just him, there was also Mitaka, nice kid just needed someone to listen to him. And then there was Petty Officer Thanisson; I took him shopping, got him lots of stuffed animals.” Dameron grinned sassily at Phasma. “Cute kids, they just needed to be treated like they were people and not dispensable soldiers.”

Phasma was not intimidated or all that interested in Dameron’s boasting about his accomplishments against the first order. “I can assure you that I have no interests in your attentions.” She moved closer to Dameron until he was crowded against a wall looking up at her with wide wary eyes; this, is what she wanted. “You are so small Dameron, and yet tales of your exploits are larger than life across the galaxy and within the First Order. You are on our most wanted list, captured alive if possible, and I could do that if I wanted.”

Even with his slight cowering (which was incredibly satisfying), Dameron could not seem to keep his mouth shut, Phasma had heard as much after he’d escaped the Finalizer with FN-2187. “You could, but I don’t think you will. You seem to be enjoying yourself too much.”

“It is not your place to know how I feel about this.” Phasma grabs his collar and pulls him up; it’s so easy, effortlessly until they are eye to eye. Dameron’s feet dangle several inches above the floor. “You are helpless against whatever I wish to do.”

There is panic in Dameron’s eyes, “Yeah, t-that does seem to be the case at the moment.” The slight tremor in his voice is intoxicating. This is what Phasma craves, this power over another, having them fear her without any real desire to hurt them.

For several moments Phasma stares at Dameron, savouring this show of power over him. It’s not the same as the power she wields in the First Order, this is much more personal; here she is Phasma and not Captain Phasma.

Slowly she lowers Dameron to the ground, staring down at him thoughtfully. Dameron wisely keeps his mouth shut, and even curls into himself to make himself appear smaller. The First Order would not allow her to have this; Phasma kills because she has to but takes no pleasure in it. This is what she wants.

“Dameron.” She says his name sharply, causing him to flinch deliciously. “I offer you my thanks, this meeting has been enlightening.” She steps back to give him room.

He straightens up, grinning at her. “Good to know that I was able to be of service.” Phasma isn’t surprised to see that at least part of his fear was an act. “I don’t suppose you’d want to thank me by following me home?”

“No, I have no interest in joining the Resistance, but I know the First Order is not for me.” Phasma nods to herself, knowing what she wants. “I will make my own way and find something I enjoy doing.”

Dameron nods looking unsurprised by her answer. “Tell you what, I know some people that could get you a gig that will let you intimidate all the small short people you want. It’s on a populated planet, lots of ways to get yourself lost, and if you find that you don’t like it I’m sure someone with your skill set could find a place for yourself easily.”

That is tempting; she would get great joy in being fearsome. If she deserts the First Order she knows that they may come after her, and being somewhere she can disappear will be a welcome bonus. Staring Dameron down, she nods her agreement. “Very well Dameron, let’s see what else you can offer me.”

“I promise I won’t disappoint you. Poe Dameron always delivers what his partners want.”

-
I love Phasma and I know I likely didn't do her credit, but I tried! -grovels- It didn't help that she seemed to want to throw Poe up against a wall and do naughty things to him. That is a kink for another day, this is supposed to be silly crack!

LMAO! Poe Dameron, decimating the ranks of the First Order one date at a time. I love it!

The first part with the triumvirate and the tensions caused by Mitaka's desertion was really great. Hux is done, Ren is done, Phasma is GONE.

This was brilliant!
And OMG you mentioned Thanisson!! And Poe taking him shopping for stuffed animals kills me. Like literally kills me! <3

I found that this is too hot!!
Phasma manhandled Poe around and want do all the naughty things to him is certainly what I want to see all the way (..and kinda dissappointed that it has to be ended so abruptly, lol)
Gwen and Oscar's canon size difference and how Oscar take it as a treat is already something hot..and I'm glad it is also a similar case here, where Phasma's the one enjoying it more :D

I'm almost positive there is a prompt somewhere that has Phasma/Poe that focuses on the height difference and has her pegging him. I'll have to find it because after I wrote this part it's all I could think of. This fill is supposed to be light and fluffy so there was no sex (but man did Phasma keep trying to get me to write it)

This is great! Phasma wants to be the one with the power, and when Hux doesn't give her the respect she expects, she's out of there. I like how you set this up - the connection between the problem that drives her away from the First Order and the solution that draws her toward Poe Dameron.

[Fill] Everyone Needs a Little Spacr [3/5]

(Anonymous) 2016-04-11 04:11 am (UTC)(link)
Heyyyyyy this took forever to write and I have no excuses other than the fact that I am a slow writer. Hux also give me so problems so I hope this one does justice to the story.

-

Hux tapped one finger against the side of his glass of Ganthelian wine; a fine vintage but a bit too sweet for Hux’s taste. He was not a man who tolerated being made to wait, especially when he had much better things to do with his time. Things such as making sure that Ren did not destroy the Finalizer; the thought of which had him tensing as he recalled that the Sith was currently stalking the halls of the ship without any supervision.

No Mitaka.

No Phasma.

Since their disappearances, Hux had been forced to deal with Ren personally on an increased basis, and it was driving him insane.

A plaintive meow drew his attention from where he was gripping his wine glass to where Millicent was suddenly pawing at the door.

Standing up, Hux went over and picked her up, petting her lovingly and reminding himself that this mini vacation was not just for him, but for her as well. All the stress that Hux was feeling was being felt by his precious little Milly. It had gotten so bad that Hux had noticed that Millicent was losing tufts of fur from the stress, and he couldn’t allow that to continue.

Hux had booked himself into the closest luxury hotel to the Finalizer’s current location that allowed pets and informed his crew he would be gone for two days. He had informed them that he was not to be disturbed unless it was absolutely necessary, nothing short of the Supreme Leader requesting him or a Resistance attack was going to interrupt Hux and Millicent’s mini vacation.

Yes, that was right. Hux squared his shoulders and marched over to the door when a knock sounded on it. Not even Kylo Ren was going to stop him from enjoying himself.

When Hux opened the door he couldn’t help but stare at the person on the other side. He had been expecting someone but this was not the someone he was expecting. When he’d begun exchanging messages on Spacr with darkpilot228 it had simply been a way to waste time. The man was someone he could talk to and relate to in many ways, and he adored having Hux send him pictures of Millicent. When Hux had taken his impromptu vacation he’d sent darkpilot228 a message with his destination and room number as an invitation to meet.

So Hux was not surprised at the sight of a man standing outside his door. He was however shocked to easily recognize the man; who hadn’t heard of Poe Dameron the so called best pilot of the Resistance? A man Hux had approved the torture of, but never met, when he was taken aboard the Finalizer.

Poe Dameron.

Hux wasn’t sure his mind could wrap itself around this turn of events. Fraternizing with the enemy was a capital offence against the First Order and Hux’s own beliefs.

“Whoa! Hey there Milly!” Poe Dameron’s voice broke Hux out of his shock as he watched the man hurriedly bend down and carefully scoop Millicent up as she darted out from between Hux’s legs toward the hallway. “I don’t think your daddy will be too happy if you run off pretty lady.”

Poe Dameron was speaking to his cat.

Poe Dameron was petting his cat with familiarity.

A familiar rumbling purr emanated from Millicent, starting quietly but steadily increasing in volume as Millicent announced her pleasure at the attention she was currently getting.

This seemed to please Poe Dameron given the way he smiled up at Hux. “She’s even more beautiful than her pictures.” His eyes sparkled in amusement as he met Hux’s gaze. “Well General are you going to let me in?”

Startled Hux took a step back and allowed Poe Dameron to enter, closing the door after him. “Poe Dameron, you know who I am?”

“Just Poe please.” Poe said, taking a seat in one of the two sitting chairs in the corner of the room. “And everyone knows who you are General Hux, it’s kind of hard not to after you blew up the heart of the New Republic.”

Ah yes, the Hosnian System, that had been a rather flashy statement. Of course this was the man who had blown up his ultimate weapon, which was still quite the sore spot for Hux.

Still. . . “Did you know who I was before now? Have you come to assassinate me and gain brownie points with what is left of the New Republic?” Hux wouldn’t go down without a fight, and even if the day ended with his death there would be others to take his place. “Do your worst.”

Poe blinked up at him looking startled. “No, I came to meet a nice guy who likes cats. Sure I’d make a lot of people happy by killing you but that’s not going to stop the First Order or bring back all those people whose lives you took. Besides,” here Poe’s surprise expression turned into another easy grin. “I believe in helping people gain redemption, not senseless murder. I may be a pilot but I don’t go around killing because I enjoy it.”

Hux stared at Poe trying to process what he was saying, he felt marginally certain that the man was telling the truth about not being here to assassinate him, and Millicent seemed very content in his arms (and she was not a feline that allowed just anyone to touch her). Something was niggling at Hux’s mind though as he analyzed Poe’s words.

“You bastard!” Hux cried, completely uncharacteristically, “It was you! You took FN-2187, Thanisson, and Mitaka. You robbed me of Phasma, my best captain!” Needless to say, Hux was still very sore about losing Phasma.

Millicent yowled in displeasure at Hux’s shouting, jumping out of Poe’s arms to run and hide under the bed, hissing angrily.

“Milly!” Poe Dameron was to be ignored for now, Millicent was much more important and Hux felt horrible for having scared her. “Come on sweetheart, Daddy is sorry.” Crouching down, Hux reached out for her only to have her swat at him with her claws. “Millicent. . .”

“You’re too agitated it’s stressing her out.”

Hux had momentarily forgotten Poe’s presence and he turned around preparing to stand and give the man a piece of his mind. How dare he presume to know how Millicent was feeling? The words turn to ash on his tongue as he suddenly finds himself with fingers in his hair rubbing at his scalp with the same ease they had just been petting his cat.

“Oh.” Hux made a sound that he’d never heard a human make before but was quite familiar with coming from Millicent; something between a content sigh and a purr.

Poe grinned down at him, his expression managing to look more sincere than cocky. “Sometimes you have to help an agitated animal calm down, especially when they’re feeding off another’s emotions.”

Had Poe just insulted Hux by referring to him as an animal? Hux wanted to be insulted but Poe’s hand in his hair felt terribly good and when he moved it down rub right behind his ear, Hux was gone, slipping boneless against the bed. “Ooooh.”

The hands in his hair stilled momentarily as Poe moved so that he could sit on the bed that Millicent was hiding under, Hux heard her hiss in displeasure as the bed dipped. Once he was seated Poe held out a hand in invitation to Hux and after a moment’s hesitation Hux took it, allowing Poe to settle him on the bed with Hux’s head in his lap.

“You look a little tense General; let’s take care of that while Milly calms down.”

Poe Dameron had magic hands and if this was how he seduced four of Hux’s underlings to his side then Hux couldn’t blame them for defecting. Hux could already feel himself relaxing as the tension bled out of him. An inquisitive meow from beside the bed had him looking over at where Millicent was looking up at him curiously. Reaching out, Hux ran his hand over the top of her head before encouraging her to jump up and curl on top of his chest.

“See, that’s much better.” Poe said his voice soft and low, Hux could only grudgingly agree.

-

Hours later Hux is resting with his head on Poe’s thigh, sighing in contentment as Poe continued to pet his head expertly, Hux could almost say lovingly even. Not far away, Millicent was curled against Poe’s other side receiving similar treatment and looking as though she shared in Hux’s contentment.

“Perhaps I should have stopped by interrogation while we had you aboard the Finalizer.” Hux remarked in amusement, thinking that he could have used this level of relaxation prior to the destruction of Starkiller Base.

Poe made a non-verbal hum in reply. “Somehow I just don’t think it would have turned out like this.” He finally said, his chuckle jolting Hux’s head much to his displeasure. “But hey, it’s never too late to have good things, or do good things.”

The comment had Hux frowning; he did not wish to return to the Finalizer and what awaited him there, but he knew that to abandon he First Order would be unwise. “If I do not return to the Finalizer they will come looking for me. I may not be irreplaceable within the First Order but they will not simply let my absence go without investigation. I must return.”

Poe wisely kept silent his petting slowing down and allowing Hux to think.

“I am the leader of the Finalizer.” Hux said more to himself than to Poe, “If missions were to turn sour due to information getting into the hands of the Resistance that would not be something I would have much control over. It would also not be within the realm of my responsibility if First Order patrols were not in certain quadrants of certain First Order controlled air space at certain times.” Yes, that sounded plausible and judging by the way that Poe’s hand tightened momentarily before the caresses on his hair resumed.

Now the only problem would be ensuring that Ren or Supreme Leader Snoke did not pick up on Hux’s changed allegiances. That would be easier said than done, but Hux was a clever man and he would find a way to endure.

“I would prefer if you took Millicent with you when you leave. The Finalizer is no longer a safe place for her, and if I have to make a hasty retreat from the ship it would be easier to do so without having to worry about leaving her behind.” It would be difficult for Hux to be separated from Millicent, but this is what was best for her.

Poe nodded solemly before offering Hux a comforting smile. “Don’t worry Hux, I’ll take care of Milly. I can guarantee that before long she’ll be the most spoiled cat ever.”

Hux nodded at that. “If you are ever not able to take care of her leaver her with Mitaka, she tolerated him during his time aboard the Finalizer.” Mitaka was perhaps the only person other than Hux and now Poe that Millicent had warmed up to. “Send me updates and pictures of her often.”

“I promise I will.”

“Good. . .” The assurances did not make parting any easier, but it was for the best and Hux believed he and Millicent would be reunited in the future. “You should leave now. I will need the rest of my time here to compose myself and fabricate a story about Millicent’s disappearance.”

The petting to his hair stopped, and Poe got up carefully after Hux moved away, carefully picking Millicent up. “Alright. Take care of yourself Hux.” He took hold of one of Millicent’s paws. “Say bye bye to Daddy.”

Hux swallowed and gave Millicent a final loving pat and turned away so that he wouldn’t have to watch as she was taken away from him. “Goodbye Millicent.” When he finally willed himself to turn back several minutes later Poe Dameron and Millicent were gone. Stealing himself Hux set to work.

Two more chapters left. Hopefully it doesn't take me a month to get them written OTL

I absolutely adore this story. I laughed at Hux figuring out who'd made off with his troops. Makes sense that Hux would stay and sabotage the FO from within. I hope we get to see him reunite with Millicent.

[Fill] Everyone Needs a Little Spacr [4/5]

I have no real reason as to why this took 4 months. But here is the next chapter and the last one shouldn't take nearly as long This one is less silly than the other chapters have been. Sorry v.v

Something was up with Hux, Kylo could tell this even without having the Force. The General was an impenetrable wall of calm as of late. Though Hux had never been an emotional man. Ren would have thought the death of his cat would have had some effect on his emotional stability. Despite the creature's death, Hux seemed almost serene. It was especially odd in the face of recent desertions of several of the Finalizer’s crew. They were down several petty officers including Thanisson and Unamo. Two Lieutenants, Rodinon and Mitaka. Several Stormtroopers. Worst of all was still the loss of Captain Phasma.

Kylo didn't understand just how Hux could be so calm with all the chaos that was going on. Especially when he'd blown up so when Phasma disappeared.

Worse still, he hadn't yelled at Kylo once during the last three weeks, even in the wake of Kylo's temper tantrums; or so Hux tended to label them.

Even Hux's daily speeches on restoring order to the Galaxy were suffering. They lacked their usual passion, vigour and megalomaniac qualities.

Kylo just knew that something was up and he was determined to get to the bottom of it.
Unfortunately Hux had undergone training by Supreme Leader Snoke to guard against Force suggestion. All Kylo was able to get was the name of a space dating sight and something about a dark pilot. It wasn’t much to go on but Kylo Ren was not a quitter. (Jedi training not included in that statement.)

Discovering which dating program Hux was using was simple. Many of the crew members on the Finalizer seemed to be using it or at least thinking about it often. It was nothing for Kylo to pluck the thoughts from their minds while he was in their vicinity.

Thus Kylo Ren joined Spacr under the username matt_tech. Kylo was excited to be using his Matt the Radar Technician persona once again. It had been some time since he'd used Matt for subterfuge. The first time he had done it things had gone so well.

Establishing an account and creating an online persona took little time. Finding this dark pilot was more difficult. It was only by accident that he stumbled across darkpilot228.

Kylo had been browsing through users when he came across a picture of a familiar cat, a cat that just happened to have apparently died lately. A glance through Hux's friends list led him to darkpilot228. The man, if his user image was anything to go by, was obviously a pilot given that he was wearing a bright orange flight suit in the picture, his face was not visible. If this was the right man his position as a pilot would allow him to travel easily to have met up with the various crew members of the Finalizer prior to their forsaking of the First Order.

Feeling himself grinning beneath his mask, Kylo sent the man a friend request and offer to chat. Soon he would have the man right where he wanted him, with a lightsaber through his chest, and everything would be back to normal.

Unfortunately Kylo didn’t account for the fact that the man was absolutely charming and deceptively easy to talk to. Soon enough Kylo was enjoying his exchanges with darkpilott228 and found himself looking forward to his downtime so that he could spend hours exchanging messages with him.

How was work today?

Kylo fights back a little smile at the message that darkpilot228 sent him before replying. He never gave specific details of what he did, the darkpilot228 know only that Matt was a radar technician on a large ship.

My boss was angry today, I received a bit of a dressing-down

That much was true, Supreme Leader Snoke was not happy about the news of the mass desertions on the Finalizer. Hux had taken the majority of Snoke’s wrath and had done so with a stony face, merely promising to put a stop to it as soon as possible. Somehow Kylo doubted he would, not when he was barely addressing it outside of warnings about what would happen should anyone be caught. He knew Hux wasn’t a traitor but didn’t think the General was as loyal as he used to be either.

Sorry to hear; I hope it wasn’t too bad.

It was worse for my co-worker, he’s the one who was more responsible for the issue.

Good for you but bad for him I guess. Hopefully the problem is resolved soon.

I’m getting to the bottom of it, I think I’ve almost found what caused it.

That much was true, but he wouldn’t let darkpilot228 know that he was the one Kylo suspected.

If anyone can fix it I know it’s you! You’re so smart Matt!

Kylo was not blushing, and even if he was anyone who saw him would have their memories wiped of the image. Why anyone would enter Kylo’s personal quarters in the first place was not considered

Thanks /// and I hope so. I have an early day tomorrow so I will message you later. Goodbye.

Sleep well and pleasant dreams ;)

He was most assuredly not falling for the man’s charms. He was not weak like Hux and the others.

-

Two months speaking to darkpilot228 and Kylo was ready to go into for the kill, he had been given an excuse to go planet side for a personal mission and Hux had not batted an eyelash at the request, only told him not to bother him when he was busy.

(There was less spite and fire in that voice than usual. Kylo would never admit it out loud but he missed the verbal spars he used to have with Hux.)

Kylo rented an apartment in the Middle City for his time on the planet, and he eagerly told darkpilot228 about it, giving him the address in hopes that they could meet. To keep anyone fro discovering his plan, Kylo took his own ship and once he was well away from the Finalizer donned the disguise of Matt the Radar Technician before he landed on the planet.

Given that he truly does have business on the planet, Kylo sees to this first, assassinating the Supreme Leader’s enemies always gets him in a good mood. He also retrieves several items from a notable collector of Jedi and Sith artefacts. The man’s usefulness means that he gets to live, but Kylo makes sure he doesn’t remember that he was visited by Kylo Ren.

He sends another message to darkpilot228 after his business is concluded and invites him to the apartment.

I can’t wait to see you ;) I’ll be there in two days time!

Kylo tries not to gloat, too much, and he sends back a quick Can’t wait to see you! Everything is going according to plan.

Two days later Kylo waits in anticipation for the knock at the door that will signal his guest has arrived. He’s fully dressed as Matt the Radar Technician, including the large glasses. It’s not until shortly after mid day that there’s a knock at the door and Kylo has to push down the thrill of excitement that runs through him, soon he will get down to the bottom of the First Order defections and Hux’s odd behaviour.

Putting on a carefully nervous smile, he goes to the door and opens it.

“Hi Matt!” Kylo was not expecting he voice of darkpilot228 to be so familiar to him, he’s even more surprised when he looks down into the big brown eyes of Poe Dameron. He isn’t sure whether to be surprised or laugh because of course, if anyone was charismatic enough to sway members of the First Order away from their posts it would be the beloved ace pilot of the Resistance.

Keeping his reactions hidden, Kylo forces a shy smile to his face. “Hi darkpilot, I’m really glad you could make it. . . i-it’s great to finally meet you.” He steps aside to let Poe in, watching the smaller man as he passes by him. Poe is dressed in dark clothes, Kylo’s not sure he’s ever seen him wear black before, it looks really good on him, particularly the tight black sweater that seems to hug him everywhere, accentuating his waist in a way that makes Kylo wonder if he could wrap both his hands around it.

“You can just call me Poe.” Poe seems to have no issues using his real name, it’s unwise of him. Kylo can’t help but wonder if he’s grown so cocky that he knows any First Order members that contact and meet with him will also defect.

Closing the door, Kylo is unsure of what to do for a moment before remembering how his mother always offered tea to her guests. “Would you like a drink?”

Poe shakes his head, reaching out and catching Kylo’s hand in his own. “You look tense Matt. Why don’t we go sit down and I can give you a massage. I mean with how hard you work, you deserve it.” He paused looking up at Kylo. “You might have to sit on the floor, you’re really tall, but we can put pillows down for you to sit on.”

Kylo hesitated; he wasn’t sure if he wanted Poe to touch him, at he same time though a massage would likely feel really good. “Alright. . .”

When Poe smiled brightly up at him, Kylo’s heart most certainly did not skip a beat in the wake of Poe’s smile. “You get comfortable, and I’m gunna go find some oil or cream. I’m not expecting you to take your shirt off or anything, but it does feel nice.”

The way Poe spoke made Kylo feel reassured, nodding he set about making himself a nice little nest of pillows and then made himself comfortable there.

“I found a hairbrush in there, I love having my hair brushed so I figured you might like the same.” Poe is smiling so brightly that it make Kylo almost weak kneed, good thing he was sitting.

He’s glad that he died his hair instead of the wig this time, in truth he really enjoyed having his hair brushed. “Thank you I-I’d like that.”

Poe settles on the bed behind Kylo and it’s not long before Kylo is practically melting into him. “Your hands are like heaven, by the Force.” Why had Poe ever become a pilot! If Kylo had known about the magic of his hands he might never have joined the dark side. “Ooooh right there.” He moans as Poe found a particularly sore spot at the base of his neck.

“You weren’t lying about your job being stressful.” Poe says as he works the spot, until Kylo feels the muscles loosen up there. “Your boss must be a real jerk.”

Kylo hums in agreement. “He’s been really stressed lately, but my uh that feels nice, my I guess supervisor has been better than normal, so that’s been good.”

“That’s good to hear.” After awhile Poe stops the massage, “You’re about as relaxed as you can get, why don’t we move to your hair?”

Kylo only nods and Poe sets about brushing Kylo’s hair and humming as he does. It’s almost enough to lull Kylo to sleep. He relaxes against Poe, enjoying the way the brush moves through his hair. In some ways it reminds him of when he was young and his mother used to do this for him. Surprisingly that doesn’t make him as angry as it normally would have.

“I like your hair, it’s nice.” Poe says his humming coming to a stop as he speaks. “You look good as a blond Ben.”

Seconds after the words are out of Poe’s mouth, Kylo is moving; he quickly has Poe on the bed, pressing him into the mattress with a hand around his throat. “How did you know?”

Poe doesn’t seem at all worried about their current position. “We grew up together Ben; of course I would recognize you. I even knew who you were when we first again back on Jakku. You know when you had me tortured and ripped the maps location from my mind.”

“I had thought you would be more broken up after what I did, I was not gentle.” Kylo’s grip on Poe’s neck loosens slightly.

Poe looks up at Kylo from where he’s being pinned to the bed, he doesn’t seem at all afraid. "Does that disappoint you?"

". . .not as much as it should." Kylo admits, pulling away to let Poe up. “So I was right about you luring the members of the First Order away. How did you do it? Even General Hux. . .”

There’s a fond smile on Poe’s face at the mention of Hux, “Ari is great, we talked about Millie and we’re still talking almost every night. I send him updates about her.”

Kylo huffs at that, “I knew his story about her having died was false, even Hux could not be so nonchalant about the death of his beloved pet.”

“Yeah, she’s been sleeping in my room back on base. She and BB-8 get along swimmingly.” Kylo chuckles at the though.

Things are quiet between them after that, the two men study each other searching for what Kylo doesn’t know. It’s Poe who breaks the silence though. “Come home with me Ben, you can do so much good working with us. The First Order is failing and even then it wasn’t going to bring balance to the Galaxy like they claimed.”

In truth Kylo never cared much for the First Order, what was important to him had always been being more like his grandfather and becoming stronger. Snoke had promised both these things and not delivered. The death of his father at his own hands had made him feel weaker. Besides if Snoke was considered one of the strongest Force Users in the Galaxy, then Kylo would be stronger for beating him (and hadn’t his grandfather thrown off the Emperor’s shackles to find redemption?)

“Alight, I’ll go back with you. . . maybe these Jedi and Sith artefacts I have with me will soften the blow of my punishment.”

Poe shakes his head, reaching over and giving Kylo a hug. “Your mom is just going to be happy to have you back. Everyone else will get used to you; they did for all the other strays I brought home.”

Kylo laughs weakly and returns Poe’s hug. “Alright, let’s go home them.”

LOL, the way Poe says Ben's name, who's (supposedly) in a very heavy disguise, nonchalantly..

I love this story!
Is Poe going to just be a friend to them all? or lover? or just to one or two of them? or none? or all of them?
Can't wait for more!

Last chapter of my first ever Star Wars fanfic. It feels like such a wild ride. I've written something like 35 other fanfics since this one. It's nice to have it done though =D

Poe sits back with a satisfied grin as he read his latest message from his favourite ginger. Now that Kylo Ren had abandoned Snoke and the First Order, the good General saw no point in remaining and he was bringing a group of people Poe had been speaking with over the last few weeks. The total is well over a hundred and even General Hux is surprised at the extent in which Poe has worked his influence.

The message also mentions just how much he misses his precious Millie and he hopes that Poe has been taking care of her. Poe chuckles and reaches over to scratch Millicent who is lying beside him comfortably; she begins purring as soon as he rubs her behind the ears. “Your daddy’s coming soon; betcha can’t wait to see him, huh?” Millie purrs louder at the question, butting hr head in to Poe’s hand.

Who knew creating a Spacr account would lead to what is looking to be the end of the First Order and possibly this war? Certainly not Poe, he’d only created the account after losing a bet to Pava, she’d only wanted to see how many creeps would message him. Neither of them counted on some of the messages he got, especially from horribly repressed members of the First Order. Most of them didn’t even want anything but to talk to someone who was willing to listen to them.

Poe was nothing if not a good listener, and yeah maybe he was a little talkative at time but that only seemed to make him more endearing to the people who sent him messages.

Of the people that Poe has recruited from the First Order, the stormtroopers are already integrating well with the Resistance under the guidance of Finn who is now a Major. Lieutenant Mitaka kept his rank and is now serving as General Organa’s aid, a roll he seems quite suited for and appears to enjoy. Former stormtrooper captain Phasma kept her word about refusing to join the Resistance, but is causing trouble for pirates and other unsavoury people who may try to interfere with the Resistance. General Hux is only now coming to the Resistance, bringing people and supplies. Kylo Ren has joined Rey in her training under Luke Skywalker and is trying to learn to undo some of the damage he has done and that was done to him by Snoke.

All in all things are really looking up for the Resistance. Poe doesn’t care how much teasing he is getting from the others about seducing their enemies to the good side, it’s all been worth it. Poe’s always believed that a good fighter uses all his weapons to their greatest extent, and his charm just happens to be one of the greatest weapons in his arsenal.

His comm beeps to let him know that he’s been summoned to the Command Hub, letting them know that he’ll be right there, Poe prepares to go. A new alert on his datapad has him pausing and opening the Spacr app; there’s one new message.

SprmLdrSnoo would like to be friends!

Well it looks like his job isn’t quite over yet. Accepting the friend request, Poe sets his datapad down and heads to his meeting. He’s not expecting anything to come out of a conversation with this new online friend, but hey stranger things have happened.
