But then the conversation veered off to focus on hotinfuriating military guys in uniform.

Poe is hot, smart, friendly, and his default setting is Nice As Pie. Everyone assumes he's A) way out of their league, and B) not flirting with them, he's just being his usual awesome self. Poe has never been able to understand why the only people who ever seem to want to date him are total jerks:( Maybe it's him?

Enter Finn, who is A) the hottest kriffing guy Poe's ever seen, and B) just now learning a whole lot of new non-Stormtrooper social cues. Maybe Poe has a shot this time?

Gen or Poe/Finn or Poe/Finn/Rey, tw:torture, starvation

Poe is captured and his captors refuse to feed him, or he just is on a mission and ends up trapped where he can't get food. When he finally is rescued he is starving, emaciated. The good guys try to give him food but his body can't even accept it any more, much to their horror and despair. they have to use a liquid diet at first, and see him so weak and fragile as they try to get him recovered. Maybe they even have to spend time with him wherever he is when they come and try to rescue him, and see him starving.

Kylo/Hux Hux the redeemer

Kylo had his struggles with the Light so it was half expected he might turn and try to be a hero. No one expected Hux to be the one to turn from the First Order and Snoke and everything they stood for and bring Kylo Ren into the Light with him, kicking and screaming.

My personal headcanon for when he asks Rey about her boyfriend is that he's trying to figure out if she knows Poe.

Kylo and the fam, Modern AU/mental illness

So I love the Modern Solo Adventures (http://mamalaz.tumblr.com/tagged/modern-solo-adventures) but if I'm not quite in the right mood, they make me kind of sad and worried about the Solo fam. I've been thinking that Kylo is mentally ill and Han has the responsibility of taking care of him because Leia has to try to come to grips with her own bipolar disorder and she can't do that while trying to take care of a schizophrenic son. I don't know if this will strike a chord with anyone, but...if it does, feel free to take a stab at it?

bonus points for some Kylux or Darkpilot? :)

Ben was canonically haunted by Snoke since he was basically a baby if not earlier, Leia knew and tried to protect him but felt she couldn't do enough and Luke might be able to do more

I want little Ben suffering during his sleep and Leia trying to protect him, cuddling him and shielding his body with her own, as if physically putting herself on the way of the attack and also using the force as she could to try and give Ben love and pull the torturous images onto herself

What she is told while Snoke thinks he's talking to Ben, Han not knowing why she is sleeping with their kid instead of him, Ben thinking she is letting him suffer because she doesn't care unaware of what she does... all good, just angst and motherly love please

When faced with the death of every Stormtrooper under her command or surrendering to General Organa, Phasma surrenders. Surprisingly, she's a model prisoner. She's not forthcoming with information, but she's respectful, quiet, and does what she's told.

Until she comes face-to-face with General Organa for the first time...and offers herself to Leia as a slave.

Millicent isn't just Hux's pet. She's a sentient feline being with high intelligence. Hux saved her from some horrible fate when she was a kitten, and she's thought of him as her mate ever since.

Obviously Hux cannot mate with a small cat, but this doesn't keep Millicent from showering him with all the love and affection in her little ginger soul.

Gen - Sanitation as euphemism for Assasination

It seems to be a really weird waste of good talent to assign Finn, top of his class, to Sanitation duty. But what if it was actually an euphemism for Assassination, as in Cleaning Out the Trash aka First Order Enemies? It was Captain Phasma's plan to stamp out the pesky empathy in Finn.

The First Order is very pISSED OFF when they learn that FN-2187 has defected because he WAS THEIR BEST ASSASSIN aka The First Order's Winter Soldier. Finn, however, unable to cope with the guilt of what he does in "Sanitation", developed a split persona that handles all the dirty work and thus cannot remember what he actually does in Sanitation. He just thinks he's an ordinary janitor - with really good skills that makes him a jack-of-all-trades because First Order Assassins cannot be traced back to the First Order and must be able to do everything necessary to accomplish the mission.

Eventually the truth comes to light when this Assassin persona is accidentally triggered with messy consequences.

+Finn being responsible for some of the unsolved high-profile deaths of important people around the Galaxy known to be against the First Order.
+Finn being multilingual or having unexpected skills that makes him hot property among the various branches of the Resistance
+Sometimes the mission required Finn to seduce the targets - his innocent persona worked very well.

The First Order captures Leia and Kylo is tasked with interrogating her. He's always loved his mother a little too much, ever since he was a child (maybe it was part of why he was sent away?), and during the process of her trying to talk him out of being the second coming of Vader he takes his helmet off and starts kissing her. Things escalate and he ends up getting her off with his hands right there in the interrogation room.

Bonus points for emotionally manipulative things being said while he does it, like asking her if she hates him now, if she loves him, etc.

Rey is a beacon of Light side Force energy. Hux has been hiding his Force abilities out of sheer terror of what Snoke will turn him into if he finds out. What ensues is basically him falling irrevocably in love at first sight and Rey not quite knowing how to react to a man who helped her escape but insisted they go grab his cat before they find a way out.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica crossover aka the one where Rey is a Jedi Magical Girl

If you don't know the plot of the main anime of Puella Magi Madoka Magica, SPOILERS for all 12 eps. No spoilers for the sequel movie, though.

Kyuubey offers Rey one wish. Any wish she desires, even the most impossible of miracles, so long as Rey becomes a Magical Girl and fights Witches. Witches being creatures that spread despair and compel people to do awful things when not trapping people in their unique and nightmarish labyrinths. Magical Girls are born from wishes, witches are born from curses, yadda yadda beat Witches and you can use the Grief Seed that pops out to clear your transformation trinket Soul Gem (where your soul is now literally kept - not that Kyuubey ever mentions that to people) and keep fighting and growing stronger.

Turns out offering magic to someone with Force abilities makes for a powerhouse combo, but the question I want to see answered is: knowing Kyuubey can literally do anything she asks, but only once, what does Rey wish for?

+1 if she makes the contract midway through the movie instead of before it started.

Au where Ben and Hux are soulmates, who meet during a battle between the First Order and the Resistance. The whole soulmate recognition thing happens. Ben panics, because his soulmate in the General of the First Order, and oh Force, why?

Hux is much more pragmatic, and fast thinking. The reasoning is thus: his soulmate is on the opposing side. Hux has no reason to defect. Therefore, Ben Solo is the one who is going to have to change sides. And until Ben Solo is convinced of this, a forceful relocation is called for.

So Hux has Ben kidnapped, locked up in a Force suppressing room, with little contact with the outside world until he can be made to see the truth. Hux is fully aware that this may result in Stockholm Syndrome, but again, he is pragmatic.

Because just because he has a soulmate doesn't make Hux a good person.

Bonus:
+ Between his soulmate being there and his own troubles with the Dark side, it is very hard for Ben to fight as hard as he believes he should.
++ Even in his messed up plan, Hux is very protective of Ben: only the best for his soulmate, and anyone who treats at him poorly will be put on sanitation duty for the next decade.
+++ Leia and Han are involved, somehow.

Its pretty much Headcanon that Ben/Kylo had to walk in on Han x Leia at least once. So basically a 5 + 1 Fic where poor Ben/Kylo's curiousity gets the better of him and sees more than he wants to. Only to bite them in the ass years down the road when Ben gets into his own relationship

I was wondering what Ben Solo would have been like if he hadn't been born force sensitive. Would he take after his mother and become a political and military powerhouse? Would he become a smuggler like his father? Would he somehow still find a way to rebel and end up in The First Order? Or would he become something else entirely?
