Finn/Poe | Rough sex & miscommunication

They finally get together but they still need to figure out some things. Finn pulls his hair a little too harshly, leaves finger marks in his hips that last for days, holds him in place too tightly or is generally rougher than Poe ever expected him to be.

Poe is really confused because Finn is still a sweetheart and very gentle with the rest of things: when they kiss or make out, when they cuddle after sex and when they just spend time alone doing other things.

The first time they slept together, while it's great, Poe still gets a little wrecked but he blames it on Finn's enthusiasm. After a few weeks it gets painfully obvious that wasn't going to be a single occurrence. One night either Finn draws blood or Poe begs him to please just stop, and they finally realize that something is wrong. Cue Finn remorseful and apologizing for not realizing it before because he was taught that sex was supposed to be like that.

I would love it for the boys to talk things out because I'm a sucker for happy endings. Thanks!

Rey/Finn/Poe royalty/fairytale AU where Rey and Finn are a prince and princess who are betrothed to each other, (Finn from a very harsh and Spartan kingdom, Rey maybe in a vaguely Cinderella-type situation, she lived as a scavenger after being exiled by an evil regent, but then ascended the throne when the King Luke returned at last and claimed her as his daughter) and the match was arranged and neither of them expected to fall so IRREVOCABLY IN LOVE, and they are both just and kind leaders and the people of the kingdom adore them of course. Poe is their devoted and faithful knight and he is deeply, desperately in love with both of them, but he knows it is SO WRONG bc he is a combat veteran of common birth and is UNWORTHY of their sweetness and beauty, even though they never ever treat him like that, they treat him as an equal and dear friend and it’s killing him to be so trusted and close to them, but it is OUT OF THE QUESTION for him to be with them the way he wants, all he can give them is his unwavering loyalty and service and ferocious devotion to his duty. And of course in the line of that duty, he is (chooses to be somehow?) tortured or injured specifically for their sakes, and they rescue him and are so OVERWROGHT AND WORRIED AND DISMAYED. After, when he’s recovering and they ask him why he did the thing, he’s too overwhelmed by their concern to give them anything but the truth, that all he has to offer them is his life and his body for their sakes, and they decry this vehemently, and confess and insist that they love him, and then they all 3 make PAINFULLY GENTLE LOVE TO EACH OTHER and there are probably sex tears all around.

I realize there's a lot about Poe and his romantic agony there, bc that's what will get us to ot3, but honestly if you want to write mostly about Prince Finn and Princess Rey being taken from their familiar hardship and misery and thrust into royal life and being STUNNED by how kind and just genuinely GOOD the other is bc NEITHER OF THEM HAS EVER EVER EXPERIENCED THAT BEFORE THAT IS ALSO COMPLETELY FINE WITH ME. ALSO THEY CAN BE IN ROMANTIC AGONY OVER POE TOO, THAT IS ALSO A GOOD.

OP still, I'm sorry I'm sorry but also, some things that might happen as part of this (feel free to take any or none of these or do something separate with any of them, idc I just want them) are:

- Finn and Rey are very adorably (and badassfully, they show off) courting one another and Poe has to both stand guard and chaperone them, and although he turns his back politely he can hear their first kiss, hear the soft sounds when their lips touch and how enthusiastic but courteous they are to each other and he is suffering SO MUCH because of it

- Finn and Rey both have old routines born of necessity that they can't seem to shake in spite of the fact that they don't need to wake in the middle of the night to check the water stores, or run laps, and Poe catches them at these things enough that they become part of his routine too. Everything is tragic and everyone has a lot of compassion for each other is what I'm saying here.

- Kylo Ren is either the cruel and cold prince of the kingdom Finn came from, or the cruel and evil king of the fae, and Poe gets hurt or tortured or whatever protecting Rey and Finn from him, but maybe in a slightly arbitrary way, like maybe he makes threats that Rey could answer him on with her powerful magics, but presents these threats to Poe to satisfy some fae whimsy of his own, or maybe so that Poe will try to fight him bc he's trying to start a war (maybe that's why he betrothed Finn to Rey also?). Ugh, I'm sorry, this whole bullet point is just "Kylo and plot maybe???"

- Poe wakes after being injured/tortured and instead of the regular medic, he’s in the royal suites being tended by Prince Finn and Princess Rey themselves, probably bleeding onto their silk sheets, and he protests too much like, ‘oh no, you don’t need to to do this, you have more important duties, also what will ppl think’ and either or both Rey and Finn are like ‘SHUT UP I AM YOUR PRINCE/SS AND I SAY NO ONE WILL BIND YOUR WOUNDS AND TEND TO YOUR HURTS BUT MYSELF AND MY BETROTHED’

- after they've confessed their love for each other and had lots of sex, Finn and Rey find a way to include Poe in their eventual marriage, which is magical in nature, even though it's a bit scandalous, like their marriage bonds them to each other and the stars and the land or something, and they make sure to each have a token of Poe's when they say their vows, and he covers his mouth so he can whisper the words with them, so they're all three included in the magic. (Maybe there's gossip about why the constellation formed by their union is 3 sided or 3 pronged or whatever)

- the first time they all three undress each other Poe expects that he'll be the ugly one, scarred and roughened by a lifetime fighting. He knows of course that Rey and Finn had hard lives too, but surely Rey would have erased the evidence of such hardships and pains with her magic, right? But it turns out that under the velvet gloves her hands are still rough and callused (deliciously so) and beneath his fine cloak and polished armor, Finn still has vibroburn marks from being "disciplined" and they all kiss each other's scars while Rey and Finn talk about how beautiful and gorgeous they all are and how Rey would never change a thing about any of them.

- they're all sleeping in late together in the huge luxurious royal suite, and an advisor or a noble of some sort comes to get Rey's (or Finn’s) signature on something and catches a glimpse of Poe and Finn (or Rey) snuggled up together asleep on the huge luxurious bed which Rey (or Finn) has obviously just come from and he says something like "perhaps your highness would like to be a bit more careful about showing such favoritism towards one of your knights." And Rey (or Finn) is like "perhaps I am the motherflippin prince/ss, Afton," and adds six more twirls to their signature before flouncing back to bed. (or they try to flounce. Neither of them actually has any experience with flouncing.)

I want to see post-TFA Rey messing with Kylo with the Force, showcasing that she's stronger than him and kind of rubbing it in his face. I mean embarrassing stuff, like Force tickling him and making him double over and fluffing his hair if his helmet is off, picking him up just slightly and dropping him, etc.

If this wasn't bad enough, Kylo finds that he's getting turned on by the display of power and the feeling of her energy all around him and overwhelming him. Rey notices and decides to get him off with the Force too, cementing her power over him.

I'm really craving some grudging h/c with Hux personally caring for Kylo after his injuries on Starkiller base because Kylo won't let anyone else near him. At first it's purely clinical, but then Kylo starts craving Hux's gentle touch and hating himself for it.

Hux, meanwhile, is fascinated by all the expanse of skin he can see and now touch where he couldn't before, and it's intoxicating.

I'd love lots of focus on trust between the two, whether it develops from nothing during the time or whether they realize latent trust they had for each other while in this situation. Basically the strained, "we'll pretend we feel nothing for each other" fluff mixed with antagonism that's so great with this pairing.

+ Hux touching/exploring more than is strictly necessary during a "check up" but neither of them mentioning it.

+ Touch-starved Kylo

+ Both of them getting aroused at one point from what should be pure medical contact.

+ Slower, gentler sex than either of them ever wanted from each other so as not to exacerbate Kylo's injuries (Except, it turns out, it's actually what they wanted from each other. Much to their surprise).

Poe/Finn - slow build, friends to lovers, missions getting in the way of a developing relationship

Instead of rushing into a relationship, Poe and Finn take the time to become friends and get to know each other. But other things have priority too: like Finn recovering and undergoing physical therapy and maybe being stuck in long meetings about info he knows on the First Order or going on undercover missions. And Poe is being constantly sent on missions that take weeks or months, so it makes forming a relationship complicated.

Basically, give me a slow build that's full of angst and loneliness and has a lot of pining where it takes them awhile to build up to anything romantic. And then Poe is sent out on a really long mission that requires little to no contact and it makes him realize that he misses Finn a lot and he finally understands why his parents retired from the resistance so they could have time together. But then he misses a check-in or gets into trouble and Finn realizes he'd be devastated if anything happened to Poe and wants him in his life in any way possible. And it leads to a sweet reunion where feelings are accidentally revealed.

Hux/Kylo "Cheating Death"

So here's the scenario: Snoke calls for the two and says he is doing a "Social experiment". He tells Kylo that he has two choices: Kill Hux or kill himself. If he chooses neither, then Snoke kills them both. Almost instantly Kylo takes out his lightsaber and stabs himself. Hux is horrified at first but is shocked when Kylo manages to use the force to revive himself (either intentionally or unintentionally)
Bonus points if Snoke actually did this test to see if Kylo has the ability to cheat death and not to test his loyalty. Snoke is probably obsessed with finding a way to achieve immortality.

When Poe gets home from work, there’s a small, mangy looking dog sitting on his door step. It’s got what Poe would guess is brown fur, but the dog is so covered with dirt, that it’s hard to tell. Poe doesn’t see a collar and the dog is more than a little on the thin side. It’s a stray. It’s totally a stray.

Poe sighs. He needs to review three projects tonight and does not have time to be dealing with a stray dog. When the dog just keeps sitting there, looking at Poe, Poe gives in to the inevitable and holds out a hand cautiously for the dog to smell.

The dog starts growling, its haunches up and fur raised. Poe immediately takes a step back. The dog keeps growling but doesn't run away, so Poe rummages around in his satchel until he finds a bag of crackers. They're probably horrible for a dog, but Poe doesn't have a lot of options here.

When Poe opens up the bag, the dog stops growling and looks intrigued.

"Yes, this is for you," Poe says. "Good dog."

When Poe holds out a cracker, the dog looks at Poe warily, but allows Poe to slowly walk forward. When the dog is within eating range, the dog takes the cracker, eating it all in one bite. Poe keeps feeding the dog crackers until the dog lets Poe close enough to gently rub his hand over the dog's fur.

The dog tenses up, shivering slightly, but allows Poe to keep petting it. When Poe runs out of crackers, he carefully scoops up the dog. The dog is still shivering, but it looks up at Poe hopefully and pants slightly.

"This is a bad decision," Poe says as he carries the dog into the house. "Bad decision, buddy." The dog gives a little yip and licks Poe's fingers.




Poe looks up local vets and finds one about a fifteen minute drive away. Poe is a little concerned about the dog bringing fleas into his car, so Poe wraps the dog up in a towel and carries him back out.

The dog yips when Poe sets him down in the back seat. "We're going to the vet," Poe explains. "You need to stay here and not get fleas everywhere, ok?"

The dog yips and doesn't move, which Poe takes as a good sign.

They arrive at the Jakku Veterinary Clinic where the receptionist hands Poe a clipboard to fill out while Poe waits. Halfway through the questionnaire, Poe gives up when he realizes that he's just put question marks next to all of the question. Poe sighs and looks down at the dog. He's started shivering again and is pressed up close to Poe.

"Hey, you're going to be fine," Poe says. "They're going to clean you up and make sure that you're healthy. We're also going to see if you have any owners that microchipped you. You'll get to go back home, won't that be nice?"

Poe's doubting the likelihood of the last one based on the dog's condition, but there's always hope. The dog yips a couple of times softly, like it can understand what Poe's thinking.

"The doctor can see you now," the receptionist announces after a few minutes. He takes Poe and the dog into one of the back rooms. There's a young woman with a doctor's coat waiting in the room for them.

"Hi," she says, holding out a hand which Poe shakes. "I'm Rey. And this must be," she pauses and looks down at the clipboard, frowning. "Not your dog."

"I found him this evening when I got home from work," Poe says. "Is there a way to get him cleaned up and checked for a microchip? I want to make sure he gets back to its owners."

"Her," Rey says absentmindedly. Poe lifts up the dog's leg. Yup, definitely a her. Rey carefully picks up the dog from Poe and starts examining it. Rey talks to the dog as she looks it over and the dog answers back in little yips.

"Alright," Rey says after she checks out the dog's ears and nose. "First thing, this dog needs a bath. We'll also need to give her a flea injection and she'll probably needs to be dewormed. We'll check if she's microchipped, but if not, then we can set you up with a vaccination schedule."

And then Rey is pushing Poe out of the room and directing him back into the waiting area while she takes the dog back to be cleaned.




An hour or so later, Rey presents Poe with a small dog covered with short orange and white fur.

"So, this dog isn't microchipped," Rey says. "She's about a year old and my guess is that she's been a stray for most of her life. We'll put up some pictures here and you're welcome to take pictures to your local shelter in case. But..." she trails off.

Poe raises an eyebrow. "But?" He asks.

"Welcome to owning a dog," Rey says brightly. The dog barks up at Rey, making Rey smile. "You'll need to schedule an appointment for her to get her vaccinations and get her spayed."

"No, no, no," Poe says. "I can't own a dog. I don't have time for a dog--I am a very busy person."

Rey gives Poe a skeptical look and just says, "Make sure you get some dog food--human food is terrible for dogs." And then she just walks away. God damn it.






"This is only temporary," Poe tells the dog when they get home. Poe has just unloaded what feels like half of the pet supply store into his house and the dog is sniffing around everything and yipping excitedly.

Poe sighs. "What am I going to call you in the mean time?" He can't just keep calling her "the dog" or "it."

"How about Rusty?" Poe suggests. The dog looks up and gives Poe an unimpressed look. "Patches?" It seems logical, the dog is covered in them. "Spot?" The dog yips a little which seems encouraging. Poe takes a minute to examine how the dog really is covered in spots, including a set of large ones that look like capital Bs on his back.

"BB?" Poe tries. The dog yips a little louder. "BB-8?" The dog barks once and then comes over to lick Poe's hand. That feels pretty official.

"Alright, BB-8," Poe says, smiling despite himself. "Let's get you fed.”

Despite the fact that Poe has projects that he needs to review, he ends up spending the rest of the evening putting up posters for BB-8 around his neighborhood and then playing with BB-8 until they both pass out in Poe's bed.





When Poe, Jess and Snap show up at Poe’s home the next evening after work for their usual Tuesday night showdown, they walk into a battle zone. BB-8 is waiting for them at the door, yipping excitedly and the floor, everywhere, is covered in little bits of paper.

“You got a dog?” Jess says excitedly and immediately picks up BB-8 who starts licking her face. Snap just starts laughing hysterically while Poe stands still in shock. BB-8 has apparently gotten into Poe’s trash and spread it everywhere.

“Is that…poop in the corner?” Poe says faintly. Snap just laughs harder.

“What were you thinking?” Jess coos to BB-8. “Leaving this poor puppy all alone during the day, of course it’s going to go a little crazy. Plus, how did you expect it to go to the bathroom.”

“I thought she would hold it!” Poe protests. “Isn’t that what dogs are supposed to do?”

Jess gives Poe a scandalized look. "Someone should revoke your license to be an adult," she says, but she and Snap both help Poe clean up the house and they take BB-8 for a walk.





Jess is clearly in love and even Snap, who normally is a cat person, can't stop calling BB-8 over to pet her while they play Call of Duty.

"Do you want her?" Poe asks Jess hopefully.

"I totally would," Jess says. "But my apartment doesn't allow pets. Although you are the cutest pet I've ever seen." BB-8 yips excitedly at her, that traitor.

When she sets BB-8 down, Jess says, "What you need is a dog walker."

"Oh do I?" Poe rolls his eyes. He doesn't need a dog walker. He'll train BB-8 and it'll be fine.

Jess fixes Poe with a look. "Poe Dameron, this is a dog that needs to be walked during the day. Get a dog walker."

Poe nods seriously. "Ok, I'll get on it." He doesn't need a dog walker, he's totally got this.





When Poe gets home the following night, he finds that while BB-8 has held any bathroom urges during the day, he has chewed through half of Poe's socks, including his favorite pair with fighter jets on them. Poe needs a dog walker.

Jess gloats when he calls her. "This is why you should always listen to me," Jess says. "I am all-wise and all-knowing."

"Yes, yes," Poe says. "All-wise and all-knowing. Do you know any dog walkers by chance?"

"Definitely not," Jess says. "Good luck though!" She then starts laughing and hangs up on Poe. Great. Excellent.

People keep hitting on Finn and Poe is not about that. In the slightest. (Points if he's extra judgy about it, like THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST, and Finn's just kind of hurt that Poe only seems to think douchebags are interested in him.)

I really just want them to save a shipment full of babies from the First Order before they can get turned into Stormtroopers and they sort of accidentally end up keeping the kid that no one else wants.
