Hux/Kylo, soulmates meet on the battlefield.

Soulmate Au where Ben Solo never turned dark side, but he is still very tempted all the time.

Ben is part of the team sent to rescue Rey while the Resistance tries to destroy Star Killer. During their mission, they go deep enough in the base to come across Higher command, and more specifically Hux.

When Ben's and Hux eye's meet, and the soul connection happens: world fades away, emotions rise, limbs tremble, and they have a sudden urge to run to each other for as much physical contact as possible.

"Oh hell no," thinks Ben somewhere in the back of his mind. He does not need this because the General of the First Order is his soulmates and what does that say about him???

"Oh hell no," thinks Hux somewhere in the back of his mind, because this is the last thing he needs, running the operation is much better when you operate alone and really, a member of the Resistance???

"Oh hell no," think the people with Ben, because they are trying to get out before the base blows up, and it's kind of hard to do that when Ben is trying to rush towards Hux.

Hux knows Ren likes to snoop in people's heads, so he trains himself to think of the most outlandish things when Ren is trying to mess around with his mind.

Things like Ewok version of the hamster dance, soap opera scenes starring Wookies, insane things to get Ren to back off. Sometimes he'll imagine ridiculous versions of what he actually wants, like lying naked in a he'd surrounded by rose petals, telling Ren to "come here, big boy"

Pain really does it for General Hux, but as he has no interest whatsoever in submission, he's never really explored this beyond some very meticulous self-harm. When his antagonistic tensions with Kylo Ren boil over into sex, he discovers that cruel, dangerous Kylo craves domination. He decides that this is a perfect opportunity to finally pursue his desires.

Rey&Luke - Rey 'created' by The First Order

Apparently Episode VIII is going to be weird. Idk why but it inspired me to prompt this :

The Dark Side of the Force (not yet First Order) is pretty pissed after the Empire defeat. It's not really common knowledge that Vader was Leia and Luke's father or that he turned and killed Palpatine (maybe Luke tried to tell people but they didn't believe him or he thought that was too private to tell everyone, or most likely Vader was an asshole and Luke doesn't want ppl to pass their anger on him because he's or Leia because they're his children) so everyone think that Luke is the only Skywalker and that he killed both Palpatine and Vader with his awesome Jedi power.

The Dark Side decide that they need to get that kind of power for themselves.

They realize it's useless to try and kidnap Luke to turn him, so they wait patiently until he has children so they can kidnap them and corrupt them ...

Except that Luke isn't showing any proof that he'll ever have any child (he's ace/aro ? he's gay and in a relationship with Wedge Antilles ? he's married to his work ? he considers his students his children ?) After waiting more than 10 years The First Order decide to make those children themselves damn it. They steal some of Luke's DNA and use cloning technology to make him parent of a child (like in the "The Doctor's Daughter" episode of Doctor Who basically).

Little Rey is raised by some random stormtrooper-turned-wet-nurse (who isn't required to be a woman btw) and trained early in the Force. However that wet nurse get attached to Rey and decide to escape The First Order with the toddler. The Wet Nurse is pursued by The First Order and knowing she's being followed she drops Rey off on Jakku, tell her she'll be back and then fly back to attempt to shake off The First Order. It doesn't work and the wet nurse is killed.

Rey grows up alone on Jakku. Luke ends up alone on his island, without knowing that he has a daughter out there somewhere.

Rey sometimes dreams of a vast sea and a green and grey island, and wishes that she could get out of this Force-forsaken planet.
Meanwhile Luke dreams of sand and wonder if he misses Tatooine or if he's just missing a simpler time.

Then the even of Episode VII happen ...

cue Luke and Leia being awkwardly suspicious about this Rey who looks a lot like the late Padmé Naberrie (and Luke hilariously misunderstanding and believing that Leia might have an affair at one point), then confirmation that Luke is Rey's father (and mother kinda) after some tests, which results in anger about what the first order did and end up in happy family bonding for the three Skywalkers (+ Finn and Poe who are practically Skywalkers too at this point)

Everyone assumes that Luke was the one to kill both Vader and Palpatine. The Dark Side, wary of Luke's presumed power, but wishing to harness it somehow, plan to kidnap any children that Luke may have. When it is clear that no children are forthcoming, they steal Luke's DNA, creating a clone-of-sorts: Rey. However, her carer, feeling sorry for the child, escapes with Rey and drops her off on Jakku, before the carer is killed by the First Order. Cue the events of TFA, with added suspicion from Luke and Leia as to the identity of this girl who resembles them so much.

Han/Poe - hero-worship, (kind of) voyeurism

Han Solo is obviously a living legend to the younger Resistance members. But when he shows up at the Resistance base after not having been there for a few years, they're kind of disappointed by their idol because 'shit, Solo has gotten old, hasn't he?'.
The only one who still holds on to his massive hero-worship crush is Poe.
So Han decides to simultaneously reward Poe for his loyalty and proof to those other cocky kids that he's still got 'it'.
He takes the younger pilot to a semi-public place where he knows they'll be heard and gives him the best fuck of his life. Poe is very vocal about the whole thing (screaming, moaning, begging, etc.) and soon there is a crowd of people outside listening in awe as Poe Dameron is thoroughly fucked by Han 'old-but-still-a-sex-god' Solo.

+ for young Resistance members of all genders shamelessly starting to flirt with Han in the days after the incident, hoping to get the same treatment as Poe
++ for Han turning all of them down and making smug comments about how they're probably too inexperienced to please him and that they should come back when they're a bit older

Something happens to the ship and the space baes land on Earth. They catch the eye of some clandestine government agency. Then, the Battle of New York happens. I kind of just want Avengers shenanigans.

Leia Organa: the General, the Princess, the Living Legend; a woman whose claim to those titles and more is overshadowed only by the fact that she doesn't need a single one of them to inspire devotion. Poe Dameron, Darling of the Resistance: can't remember a time he didn't hero-worship his General, wears his heart on his sleeve, is the subject of base-wide betting pools on whether he's even aware that he flirts as automatically as breathing. Organa's favourite, the one she's toughest on, the one who comes through for her every damn time. Of course people talk.

When (and only when) Poe finds out Leia kinda likes rumours that they're sleeping with each other (maybe she finds it amusing, maybe she infinitely prefers people speculating about what's going on with Poe rather than what's going on with(out) Han, maybe she enjoys how it annoys particular stuck-up people, maybe she initially trolls Poe with it then it becomes a fond inside joke) he plays it up a lot, because of course he does. The rumours start to get a little more varied, more detailed, and be taken more and more seriously, and not just within the Resistance.

So: five times General Leia Organa explained that the affection between herself and Poe Dameron is strictly platonic and one time she chose not to OR five times she let people believe that she and Poe are sleeping together, and one time she didn't.

(totally up to authornon whether the rumour has any truth or not. I am delighted with either option, just so long as a bunch of people believe it's true)

+ bonus for different types of reactions: who loves the idea of the two of them together? who hates it? who is concerned about the power imbalance? who is jealous? who has already started incorporating their grand romance/scandal into a multimedia galaxy-wide PR campaign? who explains the innuendo to BB-8?

Kylo Ren rips intelligence out of Poe's head that gets his friendscomradesbrotherssisters killed and he is Not Okay; he is also so unhealthily keeping up the whole poster-boy Darling Of The Resistance morale-boost-just-by-existing persona at any cost that no one can tell until Force-strong and very-still-in-training Rey accidentally stumbles through his head.

angst bonus: From the moment BB8 practically busted a circuit insisting he had to get back to Poe up to Finn's mournful, slightly lost tone as he twisted Poe's jacket sleeve and described a Real Resistance Hero, Rey has heard good things about Poe Dameron. And it all fits, with what Rey dreamed about, with a flight suit stuffed with straw and the stories a lonely child makes up about the dangerous folks who dance with the stars. Which all makes it so, so much kriffing worse that she now knows Kylo Ren wryly crooned very similar things about heroes inside Poe's head while making him relive the deaths of every single person who died under his command or protection, promising that with the information he's taken there will be so many more.

extra angst bonus: Poe is the only one who is surprised when whatever normal investigative procedures occur when intelligence is obtained by the enemy are indefinitely suspended. On paper it's the General's judgement call; under their current circumstances Poe is too integral to be grounded. Rey needs to have a word with the Leia about that though, because in the middle of a strategy meeting she caught the clearest flash in her mind of Poe interpreting it as an unspoken understanding that the best he can do to save her a long painful process is get the job done then not come back from Starkiller Base.

As much as I love redemption stories, they (mostly) aren't believable. Okay, if Han and Leia were both alive and well, they probably could bring their son back without revealing his identity, so people wouldn't want him executed. (You do remember he's killed tons of people? In reality no one would've let him get away with it.) But with Han dead, it'd be unlikely to happen. Even though Leia loves Kylo still, she can never forget what he's done - and she knows he must answer for his crimes. So one day the Resistance captures Kylo. For what he has done in the past, Kylo is sentenced to death. No matter how much Leia loves her son, she can't do anything about that - people demand that he pay for what he's done. The First Order attempts a rescue mission, but for some reason it fails. But Hux isn't ready to give up on Kylo, he just cares too much for him. And so he turns himself in and makes a deal with Leia. He becomes the Resistance's prisoner, tells them everything he knows about First Order's plans and such - in exchange for Kylo's life. In other circumstances, Leia would think twice before agreeing to it, but this is her son, and after she has lost Han, she can't lose Kylo, too. Surprisingly, other Resistance leaders agree to this exchange, mostly because of the valuable data Hux possesses. But after interrogation Hux will be executed - just as Kylo would've been.
Leia lets them say goodbye to each other before the execution. In their last moments together Kylo is completely broken, not wanting to lose yet another person he cares for, and Hux is very calm, comforting Kylo and assuring him it's not his fault and that he is ready to pay this price for him.
Optional, if you feel like it: after Hux is executed, Kylo attempts a suicide, but stops because he remembers that Hux wanted him to live, and if he gives up now it would mean his sacrifice was meaningless. Leia (or someone else?) is comforting him after that.

They've both done too much to not get a death sentence or life-long imprisonment. Even if they somehow weren't formally judged for their crimes, they have countless enemies throughout the galaxy that want them dead.

Gen or Poe/Finn, Poe is poisoned

Poe has a run in with the First Order out on a solo mission. They rough him up, and force some unidentified pill/substance/etc down his throat, but then, to his surprise, let him go free. He staggers to his X-Wing + waves off a concerned BB-8, and autopilots back to the Resistance.

Once he gets there, the obviousness of what the First Order did (take the Resistance's best pilot, give him something to kill him slowly, then send him back to let the resistance see him die) hits home

So Kylo decides to get his boyfriend Hux tickets to their favorite Band My Chemical Romance for Valentines Day. However seeing as they are Minors, Leia doesn't give Kylo permission to go unless he brings an adult.

Han being the good father that he is volunteers to bring the boys to the concert thus hilarity ensues.

Kylo Ren, Amnesia

Kylo Ren is taken captive at some point during the film/before Han dies and, in the process, gets his mind completely wiped. No memory of anything - not his family, not his defection, not the First Order. A complete blank slate of everything except his basic personality and temper. When he comes to, no-one really wants to tell him anything, and he's kept under guard despite his pestering to be allowed to help with things on the Falcon on the way back to the Resistance base. When he gets back to the base, he's kept locked up for a while before he's told a bit of the truth - he's Han and Leia's son, and he's a high-ranking member of the First Order. This...confuses him, somewhat. Without the baggage of his past, he actually quite likes both Han and Leia, and can't quite see why he'd object to having either one of them as parents. They, in turn, are having trouble staying objective when he's behaving so much like the son they knew.
Bonus points for:
- Ben is as much of a mechanics geek as his dad.
- His emotional extremes go both ways - he's terrifying when angry, broods a lot, but he's every bit as over-the-top when he's happy, sort of like a giant puppy. It freaks people out and is one of the main reasons why he's so tempted by the Light.
- Breakdown when he hears about the rest of what he's done.

So... I want a fic where Kylo Ren are different people. I want Ben Solo, who's not a fully trained Jedi, survived the massacre of Luke's students due to visiting home (or any other reason you want) but Luke gave up on teaching and disappeared. Ben is working for the resistance, and the only reason Leia didn't send him to get the map is cause he's a primary target to the First Order and wouldn't be able to get it secretly. Instead she sends the next most loyal person, her son-in-law Poe Dameron. Who gets captured and tortured (Which Ben can sense in the force). I'd love to see how the movie would proceed with Ben Solo being a loyal member of the resistance, but there still being a Force User First Order baddie named Kylo Ren.

Bonus/Things I'd like:
+Ben is a very competent character, he's not a full Jedi but he's loyal and knows some force stuff
+Possibly a Force bond between Poe and Ben that would let Ben help Poe during the mind probe?

The First Order is pragmatic. When Stormtroopers hit puberty they're given a very clinical explanation of what masturbation is and how to do it. It's built into their routines - it's what the first ten minutes after lights-out in the dormitories are for, and then the usual rules of total silence and stillness apply.

Finn has never not shared a room. He has absolutely no body shame. And getting himself off is as part of his going-to-bed ritual as brushing his teeth, so it doesn't occur to him to be shy about it.

Before he'd asked Finn to bunk in with him, Poe had given himself a thorough Talking To in the mirror about not trying to sneak glances at Finn changing his shirt and stuff. He is deeply unprepared for this.

Finn/Kylo - Kylo Ren's Favourite

One of the reasons Kylo Ren is so emotionally unstable during the film is that, before this, there was a way of dealing with his temper, which is now gone, because his favourite stormtrooper, FN-2187, whom the First Order usually sent to calm Kylo down, has defected. The relationship between the two could be anything from Kylo having a desperate crush he never acted on to an actual sort-of relationship, but either way, with FN-2187 gone, Kylo Ren's temper, never what you'd call particularly even, is worse than ever, and that is why the First Order is so pissed off over one defecting Stormtrooper.
Bonus points for:
- Attempts to 'replace' Finn only end in bigger tantrums and more destroyed equipment.
- The Resistance finding this out after Finn has defected.

I want Ren trying to use the Force during sex and failing, in a way that's really just embarrassing for everyone involved. Because his control is shaky at the best of times, let alone when he's being fucked, and Hux takes a certain amount of spiteful amusement out of waiting until it's really obvious Ren's trying to Force-compel him to do something and then doing the exact opposite, just to screw with him.

Kind of what it says on the tin. Maybe being a part of the First Order means being on heat suppressants, but if Hux had to escape with Kylo Ren, he might be on a ship that's bare bones--and that means he doesn't have any of his personal belongings on board.
