After a close call with the First Order some good old fashioned fucking each others brains out! I'm dying for some good PWP for this pair but I won't cry much if there's actual plot!

There are no rumors about Ren, just extremely hard-to-believe FACTS. Several "closer looks" may be necessary, just to confirm.

When I say "cheesy 80's movie," what I mean is somewhere between "Animal House" and "Carwash." You know, the scrappy rich kids against the poor kids...preps vs. the scrubs. What I really want is Hux sneering in a popped collar, not gonna lie.

I would also cheerfully accept fanart.

I want their marriage to have been arranged since they were babies but they've never met or spoken to each other (look at it as one of those old-school Chinese weddings where the first time they lay eyes on each other is on the wedding night).

Meanwhile, unbeknownst to them, they've started an illicit romance with each other on the side and have no idea that the person they're in love with is actually the person they're supposed to marry. They talk about running off together, but the pains of duty to their countries/families/whatever keeps them from doing it, even though they're stupid in love.

And then, you know, the wedding happens.

And by wins I mean completely slaughters. Is it for a bet, an eat-this-much-and-your-meal-is-free buffet, a competitive eating alternate universe? Doesn't matter, although that last one does sound dope as hell. Her opponents could be whoever you want: Finn, Snap, Chewie, Phasma, Luke, Unkar Plutt, a fucking Hutt, anybody. Kylo Ren is a must because he needs his ass whooped in every way possible by her. The food could be hot dogs, pies, asparagus, watermelon, an entire stuffed and roasted bantha, anything.

I just wanna see Rey demolish the competition and an ungodly amount of food. You just know she's one of those tiny people who can out-eat people thrice her size and inexplicably stay thin as a rail. Let her assert her bottomless-abyss-for-a-stomach dominance.

+Poe and BB-8 cheer her on and have puke buckets ready and on hand just in case.
++There could be a cash prize, but really all Rey cared about was bragging rights and free food.
+++Poe and Finn take her back to their room to give her bellyrubs, praise, and Space Tums.

I keep rewatching the movie, and Finn doesn't really strike me as a guy with a whole lot of ego. Like, he straight up admits "I don't speak that" when it comes to languages, and is straight up "I worked Sanitation" with no hint of shame, and even talks about the circumstances of how he came into the FO in a passing matter-of-fact kind of way. Also, he totally takes everyone else's reactions to these things pretty much in stride.

So instead of seeing Sad Panda! Embarrassed Finn as he adjusts to life in the Resistance, I wanna see him openly asking questions about stuff he doesn't get, and very straight-forwardly honest about the stuff he went through in the order without hesitation or fear. I think everyone would find it incredibly endearing. (Poe most of all)

Considering their star-crossed lovers epic meet cute and their very different set of cultural norms and upbringing, everyone kind of expects Poe and Finn to be dramatic for some reason.

Their lives are dramatic, sure. But their love life is... normal. Like, if they weren't in the Resistance they'd be that couple with the white picket fence, 2.5 kids, and a dog.

They argue like a normal couple, have very reasonable amounts of PDA, talk about mundane stuff like chores and whose turn it is to polish BB-8. They're not disgustingly cute or swooning into each other's arms or staring at each other like love-struck teenagers. They're functional and in-love and their relationship strengthens them but doesn't define them.

(Basically, watching them be in love is less like the holodrama everyone was hoping for and a lot more like watching really attractive paint dry)

Post-war, I would imagine Finn and Poe would adopt lots of adorable little kids who otherwise would have grown up to be Stormtroopers. They, through their enduring love and patience, manage to normalize these kids but that doesn't mean they ignore or try to forget what the kids' pasts were like. Instead, like they did with Finn, they turn a traumatic experience into strengths.

As the galaxy rebuilds post-war, I would see them both being in powerful positions, and as such, sort of painting targets on their backs. Except the people who are after them have no idea that their kids aren't targets you really wanna mess with.

A would-be kidnapper (or gang of kidnappers) learns this the hard way. The Dameron kids are definitely their fathers' children.

They rent a cabin out in the middle of nowhere and spend the whole time naked and fucking every chance (and on every surface) they can get.

Poe takes Finn to a neutral vacation planet, to show Finn fun and relaxation and what he's been missing, as a part of his "introduce Finn to the fun parts of the world" project.

Hux goes on mandatory enforced vacation. Kylo Ren tags along, partly commanded by Snoke to partake in the mineral hot springs. Good for bowcaster wounds they say.

The 2 pairs meet. Vacation ruined!

+ Neutral planet so can't be openly aggressive
+ Subversively trying to do each other in, would be a boon to the Resistance/First Order if their top pilot + traitor/top general + attack dog got neutralized
+ Subversion fail, partly due to the hospitality staff
+ Sharing the same hot spring
+ Better 8-pack Finn
+ Get teased about his younger bf Poe (But we are not dating!)
+ Accidentally drunk Kylo Ren

Finn would also have the dorkiest (and yet somehow best) taste in terrible gift shop clothes. Nobody should look good in a fanny pack and patent flip-flops, but Finn does.

Finn works out a LOT. He is shredded. Poe suddenly finds himself going to the gym a lot more than he used to. To get fit. Yup. That's the reason.

Disclaimer: I remember the gist of the repost and what I was thinking about it, but not the exact wording or nothin'.

Kylo, Hux, and Phasma live together in an apartment, and are neighbors with Finn, Rey, and Poe. They all have pretty normal lives and good jobs and friends, and seem like they should be happy. Kylo and Rey made a pretty good world so they'd all be safe. They trapped Snoke, but it takes Kylo and Rey to keep him in this world, and they don't want to be there alone.

Who knows something is wrong? Who wants to go back? Who doesn't? Surprise me, anons!

As punishment for the fiasco that was Starkiller base, female!Hux is ordered to marry Kylo Ren.

Although she keeps her rank and maintains a spotless record, it's one of the greatest humiliations female!Hux could conceive of. She's forced to take Ren's last name, to swear - in public! - to "love, cherish, and obey, she's specifically ordered - for propaganda purposes - to appear the model of a dutiful wife...

She's also in the room when Kylo Ren is ordered to get her pregnant. As soon as possible.

It turns out a superior 8-pack is the ultimate fashion accessory, it just makes any outfit work. Gift shop floppy hat? Hideous. Finn wearing that floppy hat? Adorable! Neon knock-off wayfarers? Tacky af. Finn wearing them? Gorgeous. Douchebag shell necklace? No fucking way. Finn puts it on? The staff want to take selfies with him.

Meanwhile General Pale & Paleo Ren are in the background shoplifting all the black clothes.

Kylo being That Significant Other who keeps PDAing Hux and grinding on him and just generally trying to raise hell.

Nobody except Hux cares because Finn and Poe exist.

When Rey tries to show her new Force powers to her girlfriend, she accidentally cases breast or body inflation.
