Distraught by his failure with Starkiller Base and convinced he is next in line to be discarded by Snoke, Hux begins to undergo a severe stress-induced breakdown.

The First Order does not offer mental health services, and regardless Hux is convinced Snoke will discard him at his next wrong-footing - so with no one to talk to about it, Hux becomes increasingly unwell. Repetitive thoughts, compulsive behavior, becoming socially withdrawn. Hux starts to wonder if he should take the decision out of Snoke’s hands for him, and ‘go' of his own accord.

Upon his return from training, Kylo picks up on a shift he can’t quite pinpoint. With Hux clearly still sore after the Starkiller disaster, Kylo takes to egging him. The General is quieter, and it is amusing: the more he points out Hux’s failures, the more flustered Hux seems to get and the reaction Kylo receives is new and addictive. Instead of snarking back, Hux turns red and seems so irked by the comments he cannot even respond. Kylo keeps it up, not thinking much of it.

But when one afternoon Hux’s cat is found wandering the ship on its own, he can’t shake the feeling that something isn’t right.

Bonuses:
++ Kylo’s mask acts as a filter for carbon monoxide, though whether he gets there in time is up to the writer because Hux is meticulous, and he isn’t fucking around.
+ There is really no way out of this for Hux: Snoke would not view a suicide attempt in a positive light. Once Kylo comes to this realization, it makes him begin to question a lot about the side he has chosen to take - where his equal in command lies on the floor of his quarters grey in the face, and no one need so much as raise a blaster.

Aww, Jaymin :( I'm so curious about what's up with Kylo.

One of the rebels is convinced that Finn is going to turn on them, that a Stormtrooper can't possibly turn on their original programming. He decides to 'fix' the problem himself if no one else will do it, as everyone else seems to accept and trust Finn after he recovers from the Starkiller Base fight.

Said rebel tries his own impromptu assassination while Finn is going about his day with Poe and maybe the other pilots as well- but Poe sees it coming at the last second, and manages to put himself between Finn and the incoming shot.

Cue the rebel panicking because hello, he just might have killed his much loved commanding officer, and Finn panicking because Poe might die in his arms of the point-blank wound before help even arrives, and some really, really infuriated pilots having to restrain from immediate, violent vigilante justice.

And then Poe pulls through and there's lots of wonderful hurt/comfort, both Finn helping Poe recover, and Poe assuring Finn that it wasn't his fault that it happened. Because of course Poe would be more worried about Finn not feeling guilty than, you know, about him getting shot and almost dying.

Can either be established relationship or hurried confessions in the face of possible death, or whatever floats author's boat. Extra love for BB-8 wanting to- or succeeding in- droid-zapping the offending rebel.

It was a rare treat when Hux opened his shirt.

Usually he kept it on. Kylo liked Hux in his uniform and usually had the General keep as much of it on as he could during sex. Their first few times they had not bothered with even attempting to remove it. It was not until Kylo had slipped a hand under the shirt, blindly groping to see what sort of reaction he would get, that Kylo ever considered removing it. The second Hux let out an undignified mewl, turned bright pink and shuddered pitifully Kylo knew he wanted Hux with his shirt off.

Hux, having been just as startled as Kylo and shocked by the extreme sensitivity he felt, flat out refused. He even kept his belt on in their next few sessions to show how adamant he was. If it had not been annoying, keeping Kylo from his prize, he might have found Hux's bizarre modesty regarding his nipples oddly adorable. General Hux was never phased by anything, but after discovering how sensitive he was he got flustered every time Kylo tried to remove his top.

"Its ridiculous," Hux had said, "They're entierly useless on a man. What could you possibly expect to do with them anyways?"

Kylo had nearly drooled at the possibilities. Sucking, nipping, teasing, maybe using ice, clamps, pressing a vibrator to them, watching Hux come completely undone by the assault on his erogenous zone. It occured to Kylo that he had been so obsessed with Hux's uniform that he had never seen the General completely naked. Nipples included. Soon Kylo was obsessed with them despite never even seeing them. He was willing to bet that they were small, cute, a lovely pink colour. They probably tasted sweet too. If only Hux would give him a little taste, just a nip...

It was probably Kylo's persistence that did it. One night, Kylo had broken off their usual foreplay for probably the tenth time to hum insistently and run his hands over Hux's chest. The General had sighed and pulled back, treating Kylo to a show as he looked away and slowly opened his shirt.

Kylo hummed his approval, holding Hux's shirt open so he could finally look at them. They were small, round, already hardening at their exposure. They were not the light lovely pink Kylo had anticipated. He grinned, they were almost red, like delicious little cherries. Kylo ran his finger over one and Hux gasped, looking away, flushing hard. Kylo let out another pleased hum as he took in their texture. Nice, soft areolae with sensitive little tips.

"Don't get shy on me now, General," Kylo teased, circling the delectable nipples lightly with his fingertips.

Hux has retreated against the mattress, keeping his eyes closed as he whimpered. Hux had never been so coy before, and Kylo could not get enough. He pinched lightly, experimentally and Hux arched almost clean off the bed with a groan. Kylo grinned, feeling himself become hard at the sight and sound. He tugged, twisted and pulled the tender little nipples, careful not to cause too much pain as Hux squirmed against him causing the most delicious friction. Kylo ground against him.

Hux's nipples were red from the abuse now, hard as if begging Kylo to play with them more. Kylo leaned down and blew lightly on the left one, flicking the one on the right gently. Hux's breath hitched, then he let out a sharp gasp as Kylo kissed his nipple. He licked it, slowly, firmly, taking in the taste. Hux let out an uncharacteristic squeal and thrashed against Kylo.

"Force you're sensitive…" marvelled Kylo, "This hasn't even gotten good yet"

Kylo swirrled his tongue around it, doing his best to keep Hux down on the bed as his once untouched nipples were tormented and teased. Once it was wet, Kylo blew on it, getting it even harder before giving the one on the right similar treatment. Hux mewled and groaned as his chest was lavished with attention, his blush spilling down his neck and well past his collar bone. Kylo blew on the right nipple gently before surveying his work.

"Finished?" asked Hux, trying to recover his usual stoic tone.

"Not yet…" chided Kylo. He ground against Hux, thumbing his nipples and pressing down on them. The knight grinned, "I want a taste first. They look like they'll taste so good."

"You say that like you would actually eat them," groaned Hux, trying to will his blush away.

"They look so sweet I just might…or maybe I'll keep you like this. Nice and laid out for me," teased Kylo, "Waiting for me to suck your tastey little tits."

"Suck-?" Hux barely managed to gasp before Kylo redoubled his efforts.

Kylo clamped his mouth over the right one, sucking hard as he pinched and flicked the other. Hux was red faced and nearly crying at the sensations. He ground against Kylo, who reciprocated gladly, humming against the nipple in his mouth as he gave it a light nip. Hux whimpered loudly so Kylo gave him a little more, biting and tugging it, all the while never neglecting the one on the left with his fingers.

Kylo grinned before releasing the nipple. He looked down at Hux, shaking, panting, oh so close...

He took the left nipple in his mouth and rubbed the one on the right. Hux tasted so good. He was responding beautifully to his sensitive tits being sucked and played with. Kylo pulled away, pinching them and grinding down hard. He looked delicious, squirming helplessly, his nipples tender from the rough biting and pulling. Kylo drank in the sight as he panted and continued to grind down on Hux. The General was still coyly gripping the sheets and avoiding meeting Kylo's eyes.

"Look at me General," purred Kylo. He looked over at the table at the discarded rock glasses, still filled with ice. Kylo grinned and summoned a shard of it with the Force and leered over Hux.

"What's..." Hux barely managed to pant out.

Kylo swirlled the ice around Hux's nipples and his thrashing started up again with renewed vigor. The knight groaned as Hux squirmed and moaned uncontrollably before licking and sucking around the ice. He moaned against Hux's chest, "Oh Hux they taste so good...nice and sweet...I'm going to suck them until you cum. And here you were trying to hide such a delicious treat from me..."

Hux could only mewl and sob in response. His thrashing became wilder, the movement of his hips more erratic. Kylo could tell he was close. He ground down bruisingly hard and took a swollen, abused nipple in his mouth, sucking hard as Hux came with a sob.

The sight and sound helped bring Kylo to his own climax. Hux, used and disheveled between his legs, hair and crisp uniform splayed, nipples puffy and red from being used. Kylo groaned as he came, collapsing against Hux.

"Never?" Kylo asked, kissing a red nipple apologetically.

"Never," Hux repeated.

That had worried Kylo at first. He thought Hux would never let him touch or taste his beautiful, sensitive nipples again.

Two times later, Kylo realized it was probably something Hux would always say after he let Kylo touch them.

I thought Phasma in particular was great in this. I really love the background/world building you've got here without going overboard with backstories -- though I'd love to hear more about the cold-but-comfortable Hux & Phasma & Finn found family, I'd love to hear about what caused the Dameron's financial problems, I'd love to know why Kylo (Ben?) was glaring at Hux during the wedding. I'd just love to read more, really.

Let's just assume Ben was at Luke's school when he was 18. Luke holds a jedi prom and no one wants to go with Ben so he ends up taking Chewy as his date.

Poe and Ben were stupid teenagers in love that got married as soon as they could (maybe they even eloped to a planet where the marriage age is a bit lower than usually?)

Cue Ben turning dark and becoming Kylo Ren. And Kylo Ren absolutely refuses to sign the divorce papers.

This starts to become a real problem when Poe is in a relationship with Finn

Bonus if they had sex every now and then in the years between because there were some lingering feelings which are totally gone now on Poe's side because a)Kylo tortured him and b) Finn

As someone with a history of this, I would actually really like to see the prompt done. However I don't think I could manage writing it myself. :/
