Look, I'm this annoyed and back click out of the fic whenever I can very clearly and identifiably see that they're using a term that makes zero sense in the SW universe, whatever the provenance. If they're talking about how Leia will have to consult with Angela Merkel over spätzle and Schwarzwurst, I will be equally annoyed and never read the rest of the fic.
Not gonna lie, for me to even enjoy it as a crack fic it would have to know German politics pretty well and make some subtle digs, instead of just be weird for the sake of being weird. I just like authors who put some effort into things! That's all I'm saying! Sorry if that's horrible of me but the OP asked!!!
