The xeno Kylo/all aliens fic is my guilty pleasure. I find it so fucking hot, fucked up shit like that is exactly what I wanted when I joined star wars fandom.

YES! I thought I was going crazy! Why is Poe so accepting and nice? Kylo tortured him, broke his mentor's heart and almost killed Finn! And Kylo is.. urgh every time I start a fic with them I have to stop in disgust because of the Kylo characterisation.

Like where are the revenge fics? I want to see a Poe that tried to bury his resentment and anger towards Redeemed!Ben because it's "for the greater good" but he wants to punish him for his crimes? And maybe he is abusive and fucked up towards him? And Redeemed!Ben is still fucked up, full of guilt and anger and kind of takes it from Poe (not because he is a poor innocent child but because he is a self-destructive person who cannot externalise his anger anymore and turns it inwards).

There is SO MUCH MATERIAL THERE!!! SO MUCH!! WHY ALL THE FLUFF?? IT COULD BE EVEN MORE MESSED UP THAN KYLUX!

Thanks for the AO3 links! I didn't really see the appeal of this pairing until now.

The only things that really squick me are scat and extreme underage. I'll read just about anything otherwise.

Although I will say I can't take mommy/daddy kink seriously. It's not a squick, I just find a lot of the dialog used for it in fics to be kinda goofy.

Maybe, but it's always been far more common for dark boys than anyone else, I've seen it since my old Harry Potter days. I've never seen it done to female villains anywhere near to the same level.

i know that lately there's been a bit of unrest, but i've gotta hand it to you guys for being overall one of the calmest internet "forums" i've been on. my first message-boards type deal was in the depths of imdb (i know, i know) ages ago, and even at your worst here i've not seen you drop down to the level of sheer maliciousness that was there. there's a strong sense of community here, even if sometimes we get snippy with one another.
