Because as much as I like Stormpilot, I also really like fucked up power play hatesex ships.


Unlike other fandoms with side characters (looking at you, Lestrade fans :p) there's a decent amount of canon background which makes extrapolating personality/motivations easier.

Seriously though, he's a blokey cop that's half comic relief and who had two or three scenes where he seemed to give a shit about the other characters and that's good enough for me.
