Or they do care deeply but don't want to discourage any fillers, even ones that do fills vastly different than the prompt without checking the op is okay with the alterations and respond with a neutral 'thanks for filling' response.

I do this with fills that are disappointing, then I reword the prompt and prompt it again in the following post.
