No. At least not unless you want to accuse any force-user who ever used a Jedi mind trick of rape as well (because let's be real, overriding a person's free will to make them do/think what you want them to isn't really any better). Also, rape still has a sexual component and I wish people would stop using the word rape for just about anything that is forceful.
i've also seen people talking about the unfortunate implications of calling what kylo ren does "mind rape" when rey overpowers him via the same methods in order to escape.
