Yea I can see Kylo Ren being rapey. I can also see him being disgusted by sex or having some kind of specific nobility thing about sex, but it goes a lot of ways.
I can see Hux not being rapey on purpose, but basically being willfully ignorant of circumstances in which approaching someone for sex might be coercive.
