I don't think anything's going to happen to Kylo that won't allow them to show Adam Driver's face anytime they please. Even moreso after the reaction to the first film.

I agree. Adam as a comedic actor is very expressive, which I think why he was cast so I don't see them permanently hissing an actor that it's all about body language under something that will limit his movement and expressions permanently.

Something about Kylo Ren and the concept of 'permanently hissing' is just so apropos.

He could be injured bad enough to need a suit and still reveal his face. It doesn't have to be a carbon copy of Vader's suit or injuries, they could find exciting new ways to wreck him...
