Thanks! I've read some of these ("Till Escrow Us Part" and coldhope's "all that you love..."), and just read "The Claim". I love humorous bureaucratic ridiculous things and this was amazing. Thank you!!

And Porbo the Hutt! And how one feels bad for him even if he's working for an evil monolith of an insurance company/protection racket. (A fine insurance company indeed that it's really just a case of running claimants through their maze of doom!) And then he quits and one can feel even more sympathetic to him *and* laugh. Ah, right up there with The Crimson Permanent Assurance Company of Monty Python. Of course if they were combined it would be pirate accountants on a space ship, which I can't say I'd object to.
