He's actually done a ton of stuff, movies and shows, I'm actually surprised he's not more popular based on the actor's popularity. Yes he died (shot during Poe and Finn's escape), but that hasn't stopped fandom before.

Was he shot? I thought it was a random FO officer.

He was the officer giving orders when Finn and Poe are escaping before they shoot the bridge where he was and fly away. We see the whole thing go up in flames and bodies being thrown around so it's very likely he died.

Aw damn.

He's small though, maybe he dove under a console and only got a bit singed, and then turns up alive and gains three ranks immediately because oh shit we're out of bridge officers, and manfully helps the dying and direct engineering crews and shit while medics are all trying to slap bacta on his decorative singeing and he's all like "I can't I must do my duty for my fallen comrades and shit' and then like 20 hours later Hux makes him go to his quarters and rest, and he staggers back and curls up with his non-regulation stuffed bantha and cries himself to sleep because TRAUMA.
