I remember him from a couple of comics on tumblr, but I can't say I get the sudden obsession with him that came out of nowhere. It's feels like Millicent all over again.
Eh, I liked him before, it was nice to have someone other than a random unnamed officer to put in the background of fics. I'm glad he's getting his own fics where he's the star.
