also tell me specifically in the community rules where it says we can't post prompts on the day it says we can post prompts if the mod is MIA

You can't post prompt during a prompt freeze. The mods have not lifted the prompt freeze, therefore, there is still a prompt freeze on. That's what a prompt freeze is.

I don't know if there is anything in the rules or not, but as someone who frequents other kinkmemes, including ones where mods have got caught up in RL circumstances and freezes have overrun, freezes are only considered over when the mod says so, which usually involves them removing the freeze note and letting everyone know they can resume posting.

It's also just basic etiquette to respect mod notes. The main post says that there is a freeze in effect, so, there's a freeze in effect.
