Nah, she is there without tags, shelved in a relationship with Jessika to keep out of the OTP. The point, which escaped you, is that it's ridiculous to expect everybody to defer or cater to your interpretation or babyproofing their fanfiction to your personal preference, especially if you are not the OP. If you're OP you probably should put a no smoking in the prompt.
If you've so little tolerance for others' artistic license you probably shouldn't be reading fanficiton (or fiction at all) or lobbying the mods for outlines to replace prompt so you can micromanage your prompt.
