Never smoked, but yeah sure. Smoking and hypersexualizing ace characters both "drops me right out of the story". Way to miss the point.

Which canonically ace characters do you see getting hypersexualized? In my experience, this doesn't actually happen. Perhaps only because very few canonically ace characters actually exist, but still.

Two ace characters I've recently found:

- Jughead Jones (Archie Comics): recently confirmed to be asexual

Yessssssssssssss. I haven't caught up with Archie comics in a while, but this pleases me immensely. I know everyone loves their GSM headcanons, but Jughead is literally the only character I feel I could ever look at and go, "Yah, he's ace."
