Here's an article on Star Wars' music relating it to its characters. I found it pretty interesting but I didn't understand everything. Apparently, Finn doesn't have a theme that is its own track yet?
That article is fascinating! Finn does have his own theme/motif in the music, because John was giddy about meeting John Williams and having one. It didn't get it's own track on the soundtrack which is a shame.
