Maybe I am not getting across, English is not my native tongue. But it is part of the discussion regardless canon. My point was that sometimes picking what is or isn't canon can be near impossible because fanom tropes can become so popular even the main movie canon becomes completely obscured. Or people have a million different takes on what they watch, I have come across people getting mad at meta or authors who use canon descriptions because they go against the "meta" or "fanom interpretation' fandom has agreed on.
So I have no idea why you had to insult me by calling me salty for simply adding to the discussion on what people can consider canon. I never once insulted anyone. That is the point of using pet peeve. And yes fandom sometimes do run fanom (as in non canon) tropes to the ground, this is not a Star Wars issue. Is not being hateful or salty pointing out a common fact.
Also I pointed that trope because it was the first one that came to mind as an example.
