Knights of Ren

I was assuming Knights of Ren was a dark group like the Sith, and instead of Darth whatever, it was whatever Ren. It doesn't seem like a common interpretation though so I'm confused.

That was how I saw it as well and thought that was as close to canon as we knew. I didn't know that people thought otherwise.

I saw someone here saying the Knights of Ren named themselves after Ren, and that he's the leader?

I wonder if the new older gentleman they recruited next movie will be a military man or a knight of ren.

Benicio del Toro is supposed to be the main villain, so while he could be a Knight of Ren, it seems unlikely. I'm just excited he and Laura Dern were cast because they're both fantastic.

I just hope they don't kill off Hux to make place for him.

Though having him put Hux in his place for failing, that I can got with just fine. And I am so looking forward to any further movie news.

That was my interpretation. When I got really into creating Knights of Ren headcanons (aaaaand maybe making a self-insert... don't judge me), I, too, assumed Ren was a title, much like Darth.

Fir my own stories I tend to portray them as just a next generation of Inquisitors.

This is my headcanon, particulatly since he's replacing whatever family name he had (Solo, Organa, Organa-Solo, Solo-Organa, Solorgana, Organsolo, Gorganzola) with his new dark family's name.
