Personally, my issue is that so many prompts are better suited for long fics. Sometimes I just want to write a fill under 1,000 words, but most of the prompts are asking for plot or details that don't work for mini-fills.

+1. There are some excellent gen and rare pair prompts that I'd love to fill, but I don't have the time or the skill.

I scrolled through the last couple of pages on round 3 and most of the prompts are plotty.

I think that's more that all the simple prompts are repetitive now.

Even the plotty prompts are getting repetitive. I think I've read the same alpha/omega plot like five different times now.

Well there really is only one alpha/omega plot line, so that's not difficult.

A/B/O doesn't count as plot.

Is not like ABO opens up for a lot of creativity. It is a trope not a real plot.

This is really true. I like writing longer fic but I don't have the time to sit down for it so I rarely find ones that I can fill in one sitting.
