Pulled pork sandwiches with a mustard-based BBQ sauce, maybe with coleslaw. Almost definitely some fried okra on the side; other sides depending on the restaurant. Collard greens are a good one. A lot of the time, I get corn-on-the-cob or mac & cheese. Oh, and a slice of pickle! Can't forget the slice of pickle.
Also acceptable: Brunswick stew, baked or butter beans, skillet apples.
