I haven't read any for this fandom, but I'd gladly read some Oscar/Domhnall fic. Maybe John/Daisy since they're adorable together. Probably Oscar/anyone to be quite honest.
I don't mind RPF if it's just porn or fluff since I figure that's no different than magazines, fans, or reporters speculating about a celebrity's love life, writing those fluff pieces about their favorite book or food, or fantasizing about them.
I am, however, really uncomfortable with RPF that has a celebrity raped, abused, or written as "evil" because even though it is just fanfic, those fics are being written about real people and that seems like crossing a line. The same goes for siblings, parents, kids or partners of celebrities. If they're connected to a celebrity, but not actually famous or in the industry themselves, I think they should be off limits.
