IKR you'd think bringing attention to the fact that racism like that isn't the kind of thing that should be allowed in fandoms would be encouraged, but maybe this is the racist?

No I won't, because if I don't talk about it it's doomed to repeat itself, especially in an anon meme where we can't even ban dirty racists like that. So we have to at least make it clear it's the kind of BS that makes you unfit for fandom spaces.

Yeah, agreed. Bringing attention to it is important, but seeing it repeated, even if it was explaining what was said, it not necessary.

Hate deserves to be exposed as hate and shown to be unacceptable.

You don't just pretend it never happened, that's why racism still exists in the USA and apparently in fandom spaces. Because people (like you apparently) think it's better to just keep racism on the down low instead of pointing at it and saying it's wrong and unacceptable and will be treated as such.

I'd use this as an example over and over so that anybody who comes into this meme will think twice about spewing garbage like that.

I'm not going to keep it quiet and pretend it's not a thing, because clearly if somebody felt confident enough to crap on Finn for being black they should have that confidence in their own racism destroyed.

Shockingly (not so shockingly) US racism is so bad that countries from literally the other side of the world are disgusted by it
