DA but I've seen several anons insulting fills themselves, yes. And it wasn't in the tone of, "This was my prompt and you didn't do it the way I wanted." They appeared to just be passers-by saying, "This is terrible, why would you write this?" Which is... unnecessary??
having not seen the comment/fill in question, I can't really agree or disagree with you specifically. However, sometimes you get fills on prompts that are so far removed from the prompt that the prompter feels justifiably annoyed.
No, I mean a fill. I don't remember the details or wording, but they called it tedious and said something about being glad the author had moved on to (other pairing) so that they would stop posting their fic for (this pairing).
Gosh, that really is mean! But I don't think rare instances of that should cause a rule against people being free to be the assholes they want on the other posts, away from the prompts and the fills.
AYRT. My point was that the meanness is not confined to the other posts, and the OP literally put the words "prompt posts" in the subject of their comment, so I'm not sure how that's relevant.
