I believe when Hux is introduced in the script, there is an aside describing him which reads "(34, scary)".

I'm just so glad my math was good! Seriously, I pulled this together on a post-it at work one day while fuming over everyone was writing their age difference like Kylo was 19 and Hux was 40.
