Lol, this is the eve of my birthday, and I was just thinking to myself, "Wow, in a few hours, I'll officially have been involved in fandom for 8 years." I've written and read and prompted so much dirty fic and I've never even held anyone's hand or even been on a date! I think fandom is a great way to explore sex and sexuality in a total safe, objective way and it's great writing practice to boot! :)
