The articles on the troopers are direct copies of each other, and it wouldn't be the first time official sources released disinformation about a movie character.
I'm going to be fucking pissed off if it's not Tarkin, because not exploring Tarkin and Vader working together on the death star is a shameful waste of a backstory film.
I don't disagree on the last part and why I used quotation marks, only sharing what has been now listed as being his name by them and why the other poster called him that.
