My One True Pairing above all others is Stu/Caller from the movie Phone Booth. It's such a rare pair that there's only a single author of it, and only three fics or so... Otherwise I ship antagonistic couples, like Kylo/Hux or Rhys/Handsome Jack (Borderlands), or the occasional awkward losers like Night Owl/Rorschach (Watchmen).
