Reysma--it's Phasma who makes the first move, but it's mostly to surprise Rey and throw her off guard. Afterwards, it's Rey who seeks her out and wants something more. Also, Phasma is originally from a clan of warrior women on a a voraciously thriving jungle planet who chose to join the Empire for their superior firepower back when it was the Empire and sent their best child warriors off to be Stormtroopers as tribute, and Phasma is extremely proud of this. This is my backstory headcanon for Phasma and it will not be dislodged.
