NAYRT: Since they almost never refer to them as buttholes (why do writers call butts "entrances?" They're technically "exits!"), I like to imagine they have a magical pseudo vagina crammed in there somewhere. It makes about as much sense as female alphas being able to impregnate anyone, after all.
Yeah I don't know either. What little ABO I read I make sure there is no actual mpreg. Or pregnancies in general.
But I've done across "pups" even without it and it's always that awkward "huh" moment. I know the original trope came from like werewolf stories in the SPN fandom. But come on guys.
