I JUST LAUGHED FOR A WHOLE FUCKIN MINUTE IMAGINING KYLO THROWING HUX'S PERFECTLY FOLDED TOWELS ALL OVER THE PLACE IN FLUFFY FLOPPY PILES, HOLY SHIT

Then I saw the bonus about Poe and pool zumba for active thirsty seniors and started laughing AGAIN. This whole prompt is just unreasonably great.

My only little quibble, and really such a tiny one too, why is Hux always domming Kylo? Not that Kylo is complaining. I bet Kylo would take charge of the three of them.

Love this. So awesomely orchestrated. And of course Hux would be turned on by his own speeches. Canon! lol

They're the Bestest Friends Ever but Poe doesn't know what Finn will think when he figures out that Poe is gay. He's heard the FO is weirdly old-fashioned about sexuality. Poe decides to tell Finn before someone else drops it in conversation.

Finn is straight (or bi, but dating Rey, because it's pretty hard to even imagine that Finn is straight).

Finn is the most supportive bro, of course.

This was brilliant in every way!

Rey is the Empress of a flourishing but politically isolated cluster of formerly disparate nations united for their mutual safety, having taken the throne at a young age after her great-uncle died without heirs.

Finn is the commander of the army that has come to conquer them.

Rey rides out to meet the army herself, hoping to parlay with Finn and prevent a bloody war. They quickly feel a deep attraction, despite being horrified they are betraying their cause.

I totally don't mind tragic endings.

Luke fell to the dark side after Vader's death, and became a rival against Snoke for Big Bad Force-Wielder of the galaxy. Ben Solo eventually joined Snoke, to Luke's great disappointment.

Years later, Kylo successfully hunts Luke to Ahch-To, intending to kill him on Snoke's orders. Instead, Luke offers to become his new master and teach him the true power of the dark side.

As a sweetener, Luke offers Kylo two young Force-users he has rescued, but he believes are ill-suited to Vader's legacy. Rey and Finn are in debt to Luke and afraid to disobey him. Luke suggests Kylo do whatever he wishes with them, to see if he can finally bring them to the dark side.

Kylo is very tempted.

The Resistance medical bay realises Rey is actually myopic. For years she's been unconsciously using the Force for anything that requires her to see more than a few feet in front of her face.

The medic prescribes her glass and she is ADORABLE and Finn is IN LOVE.

JJ Binks is trapped on the highest diving board, too scared to jump, too proud to climb back down. Finn starts climbing up the ladder like a hero while Poe tries to call out to JJ encouragingly, "Hey buddy, it's okay, just take a deep breath..." but the awful crowd of lil shits have taken that as their cue to start chanting "JUMP, BUDDY, JUMP!" drowning out Rey's "MRS! BINKS! YOUR CHILD!" and Finn's "I'VE JUST REALISED I'M NOT GREAT WITH HEIGHTS! HELP!"

Meanwhile, Hux is telling a little girl that pool noodles are "a privilege not a right" as Phasma deadlifts him. Kylo hasn't even shown up for work yet.

Obi Wan takes this all in with weary fondness, sips his ice tea and flips the page of his book, waiting for it, any time now... "HELP US, OLD MAN KENOBI, YOU'RE OUR ONLY HOPE!"

Everyone in the Resistance thinks Rey is naive and innocent in the ways of the world. Then Rey accidentally learns that the Resistance is having trouble keeping one of their allies happy. The man/woman/non-binary person/alien just feels like the Resistance doesn't give them enough respect and (egotistically) wants a say in how the Resistance is fighting the FO.

With Leia's reluctant blessing, Rey goes to the ally as a "diplomat" from the Resistance and seduces the ally until they're so happy they want to donate more money and weapons and never complain again.

No slut-shaming, everyone thinks Rey is awesome.

This is already so adorable and relatable. Haha omg, Ben flipping to a picture Luke wouldn't have a story about, Luke's life is so hard, which is exactly right.

OP HERE: Omfg this was hilarious. Phasma trying to make sense of everything and trying not to plose it. I think I lost it to Hux pratciing his speeches while Ren sucks him.

I also love how Hux is like FINALLY when Phasma says she wants in! Thank yoU!

Everything in this prompt and all the commentary is perfect. Also, Kylo really hates that his mother joined the Zumba ladies. Just because she's retired doesn't mean she needs to start politicking in the local pool and doesn't she know that Poe is half her age?! Gross, Mom.

Aww, that was so sweet! I like how Finn & Rey both came from environments where it was better to avoid attention, and how Poe's mutation made attention unavoidable for him. And I loved looking at the picture links. Poor Ben really did have beautiful wings, all of the Force users do. And OMG HUX <3

Poe Dameron winds up on the blind date from hell with Ben “I prefer Kylo” Solo because his parents are close friends with Ben-'sorry'-Kylo's parents.

Poe cashes in about a million favors and drags his roommate Hux along for the date.

Kylo brings Finn – the co-worker he hates the least – as his wingman.

Sparks fly in all the wrong directions – Kylo and Hux end up ditching before the appetizers to fuck in the mens restroom.
This goes completely unnoticed by Poe and Finn, since they use the opportunity to sneak off and have dirty sex in Poe's apartment like civilized people. And also they possibly traumatized his roommate's cat.

Feel free to throw in as many romcom misunderstandings and tropes as you like. Do Poe and Kylo pretend to still go on dates to appease the parents? Does Poe 'drop by' Kylo's job to covertly visit Finn? Does Kylo 'just happen' to run into Hux repeatedly at the pet park near Poe's apartment? Do these four losers manage to drag Rey and Phasma into their pointless drama?

Thank you very much ^^ I had this idea in my head that all force users are butterflies, and that the Skywalkers have blue wings (since Rey's paternity remains a mystery to us I wanted a butterfly that had some of the same blue). I would have liked to explore Hux more, maybe I'll write a side fic or something to go with this. Maybe I can convince one of my artist friends to draw some pictures (if only)
