Amy has always tried to find the best in people, and so she's been making it through the last few days by reminding herself that Kylo Ren's mystical powers have done amazing things for her solve rate, and that with enough time and therapy she's sure he could be a lovely person, and the first two or three times he Force-choked Jake to shut him up it was funny. Gratifying, even.

The next thirty-five, not so much.

Plus he just destroyed Gina's phone half an hour ago, and Amy does not want to be in the line of fire when Gina strikes back, so when the elevator doors slide open and Rosa strides out, moving fast enough that the man she's dragging along stumbles, Amy jumps to her feet.

"Rosa!" says Jake, catching the perp's other shoulder. "We missed you! Don't punch me for that, please."

Kylo Ren straightens a little from where he's slumped over in Rosa's chair, staring at the man in handcuffs. Amy thinks she sees him smile, and wishes she hadn't.

She swallows down a gulp and turns back to Rosa. "Welcome back! How was the other universe?"

"The interrogation rooms weren't so bad. I got this guy to tell me what he'd done with a map."

Jake does a double-take. "You dragged Ginger Spice all the way back to this universe because he stole a map."

"This isn't the map thief. That guy had a nice butt." Rosa frowns. "No, this guy was about to destroy an entire solar system, so I slapped the cuffs on him, read him his rights, and boom. Found myself back in this universe."

"It was to be the dawn of a new era!" the perp seethes. "I was going to restore order to the galaxy!"

Rosa shoves him away, then stalks over to where Ren's sitting in her chair. "Give me a list of everything you cried on so I can replace it," she says. "I don't need emotions on my stuff."

There's a moment of deadly, dangerous silence that Amy recognizes as the prelude to Kylo Ren having another breakdown, tossing a fleeing suspect through the air, or attacking the vending machine with his lightsaber. And then he starts writing.

This is a thing of beauty.

This is hilarious!

That was beautiful and perfectly in character. I love Rosa's "I don't need emotions on my stuff." line the best.

This is such a Sam Vimes line. The whole thing is killing me, though, and I love it.

This is amazing.

HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT!
Your Rosa is perfect. Kylo is the trash prince we all deserve.
ROSA ARRESTED HUX HOLY SHIT.
And Kylo writing at the end was kind heartwarming.
