10 year old Ben and Kylo Ren switch places

For some reason, Kylo Ren travels into the past, about 20 years. He lands in his parents' home, merely days before they send him to train with Luke.
Meanwhile, Ben Solo travels 20 years into the future, and ends up in the Finalizer/Star killer base/ any other First Order site.

For Han and Leia, it is a one shock after another: that is their son from the future, he is on the Dark Side. (optional addition: he killed Han in the future).
Young Ben Solo is trapped among the First Order, and of course Snoke is immediately informed.

Kylo cannot do anything significant in the past, like kill people, without risking to change his own future. So he stays there, and is confronted with the life he tries so hard to detach himself from.

Han and Leia need to send Kylo back in order to retrieve Ben, but sending Kylo back feels like abandoning their son to Snoke.

Snoke has a young and vulnerable Ben Solo in his hands, and he can do whatever he wants with him.
