Finn and Poe have been dancing around their obvious feelings for each other for a long time, so finally Poe decides to take the bull by the horns and admit that he likes Finn.

Problem is, as soon as they both sit down in Poe's room, before he can get the first word out the whole base shakes and comes under attack by the First Order.

The building is stormed, and they can hear the screaming/doors slamming getting closer. Thinking fast, Poe gives Finn a boost into the barely big enough vent above his bed, then follows him in.

Thus begins Poe and Finn, the only two members of the resistance currently not held at gunpoint by the invading Stormtroopers, sneaking around the vents/corridors/elevator shafts and quietly taking out as many bad guys as they can.

If they manage to have the talk that Poe had intended along the way, and officially become boyfriends after taking out three stormtroopers and freeing a room full of resistance troops (who may or may not "aww" in spite of the circumstances as Poe and Finn embrace over the fallen bodies of the stormtroopers) then OP won't complain ^^
