Poe going about his life and his various duties in the resistance, while developing the symptoms of pregnancy.

But he always manages to justify them and so doesn't realise he's pregnant. And as his outward appearance is changing so slowly, other people don't notice or just think he's getting fat. After all, not all fighter pilots are super fit, it doesn't matter that he's slipping a bit.

Then Rey and Luke come back and are all "Congratulations on the baby, when's it due?" And everyone else is all "???" and then "!!!" and "I thought he was just getting fat!", while Poe is all "What baby?!"

How medical didn't catch it, idk. Poe avoids the docs as much as possible when he can?

Poe starting to get bigger around his waist, and people notice and make comments about him needed to diet or do more exercise.

And Poe acts like this doesn't bother him, but he's actually a bit upset by this because he is doing his normal fitness routine, why is it not going? Maybe he needs to step up his routine.

And so he becomes a bit self-conscious about wearing tight clothes or striping down in front of people.
