I'm just kind of sad there was this bunch of young Jedi out there and then they were butchered by Kylo Ren and that's it, nobody cares about them, so I challenge the fandom to fill in the gaps. Take your headcanons and shape them into fic and throw them at me!

What makes it lucky and what else is Poe superstitious about? Storm pilot always welcome. ALWAYS.

Let's face it, Poe's an adrenaline junkie even in sex, and he definitely looks forward to the games him and Finn design and play. He's been especially looking forward to this one: trapped at the hands of a First Order officer who needs to extract-- ahem-- 'sensitive information'.

He's looking to work through some stuff, yes, but if he's being honest Poe's just looking forward to knowing more about Finn's officer candidate training. He bets it would have absolutely exposed him to some methods of interrogation and torture, even if they were rudimentary. He trusts the guy and, well, he doesn't mind if he gets a little broken.

+1 for playfully serious BDSM without 'okay now you kneel and obey me' or consentual nonconsent. Poe wants to see how far Finn will take him, and pretending otherwise is just a waste of everybody's sexytime.

I've seen some fics about Poe experiencing PTSD, and those have all been fantastic. But I'd like to see something dealing with the potential trauma to his mind. Things like

- Short term memory loss. He tells Jessika to do something while they're flying, then five minutes later repeats the command even though it's already done, then gets agitated when Jess and Snap both insist he already gave that order only a few minutes before

- Sudden searing pains in his head that can cause him to stumble mid-step or double over with the pain, but are gone as quickly as they come

- Waking up at strange hours, not due to nightmares but because he can't make himself sleep, his body clock is almost beyond repair and he's going days at a time without sleep

- Uncharacteristic and/or compulsive behaviour, doing things that don't make sense, acting unusual with no apparent cause

- Mood swings, from his usual happy self to suddenly distant, snapping at people, or randomly breaking down in public

Positive.

Well then, Hux thinks to himself. That was easier than he expected. An officer he'd spoken to had said that it had taken him six attempts to conceive. Hux had been steeling himself for a blue minus sign to flash up on his datapad. After all, he is thirty-two now, hardly a fertile eighteen year old like most of the Order who choose to get this out of the way early.

He feels proud. He's doing this for the good of the Order, to bolster their ranks and build a strong, unyielding race. He brings his hand to his stomach and lets it rest there for a while. He'll raise this child to be great.

Hux takes a breath he didn't realise he was holding, and smiles.

He tries to do up his trousers for the fourth time, but to no avail. He's starting to show a little now, a tiny bump that's noticeable when his clothes are removed and that’s making fitting into said clothes a struggle. He's going to have to order a new uniform soon – and a few more, after that. For now though, he resorts to leaving the top two buttons of his trousers undone, and tugging on his shirt. He turns to look at himself in the mirror. Dressed in his starched uniform, it's hard to see that he's pregnant, the fabric sitting stiffly over the evidence of that, rather than clinging. For now, anyway.

When he makes his way to the bridge, he passes Kylo Ren. He's absent mindedly rubbing his stomach as they almost brush shoulders in the corridor, and he can feel Ren gazing at the motion of his hand from behind that mask. A moment passes, and then Ren looks forwards once more.

“General,” he says, voice flat.

Hux can feel him staring again as he walks away.

“Congratulations, General,” says the Supreme Leader. “I thought you'd never get around to it.”

He is showing properly now, his stomach curving outwards in a way that his clothes just can't hide any more. He'd ordered a new uniform two weeks ago, and that is already becoming snug. He doesn't feel embarrassed though – he finds his changing body to be fascinating, and something to be proud of.

“Thank you, Supreme Leader.”

Beside him, Kylo Ren tilts his head in acknowledgement.

The next day, a med-droid presses its palm to his stomach, and an image of his child is projected in front of him. Hux doesn't pretend to be an expert, but from what he can see, it looks as it should.

“General, would you like to know the gender?”

Hux nods.

“In four months, you'll be welcoming a daughter. Congratulations.”

The obvious aside, nothing much changes. Hux still takes as many shifts as he did before he found out he was expecting. He still commands his troops as he did before – but now, he can sympathise with the ones who look a little green around the gills in the morning. He looks out across the stars, and feels a series of little movements deep inside him.

He feels powerful, to be doing such a thing as this.

Kylo Ren comes to visit him one evening, when Hux is propped up by ten pillows and checking through the messages on his datapad. Hux allows him to enter, but doesn't attempt to get out of bed. His back is aching, and his daughter is restless. It's been a struggle to get comfortable, and he's not going to sacrifice that for Kylo.

“General,” says Kylo from the doorway. He's unmasked, and there's no hiding the way his gaze flits down to Hux's belly. He feels a kick, and wonders idly if that's his daughter's way of expressing her thoughts of the man standing a few feet away. He hums, more out of irritation than anything, but the look on Kylo's face is one of alarm.

“Relax, Kylo. She's just kicking, that's all.” He shifts, and Kylo comes to sit at the edge of the bed. Before Hux can really consider what he's doing, he brings Kylo's hand to his stomach, and waits for an answering nudge from within. It comes before long. Kylo's eye's widen, and Hux laughs.

“How does it feel?” Kylo asks.

“Odd. Reassuring though.”

“You're a stronger man than me.”

Yes, Hux thinks.

A Resistance captive looks him up and down, focusing on the swell of his stomach. He laughs, and Hux wants to break his neck.

“Shouldn't you be resting up?”

Hux considers his next course of action for a moment, and then staggers forward, clutching at his stomach. The prisoner looks at him in horror, and Hux knows that he would help him if he asked. Se he leans against the chair the man is chained to, panting through a pain that doesn't exist, and takes advantage of his prisoner's empathy. With one quick punch, he knocks out a tooth, and with another movement, jerks a finger back until it snaps. He straightens as the prisoner howls, and brings his hands together.

“Don't feel sorry for me,” he says. “I'm not due for another two months. So I'll stay here and listen to you cry for as long as I like.”

Behind him, Kylo laughs. Hux turns around, and smiles.

He presses two hands to the small of his back, and wills the ache to disappear. It's relentless though, and Hux can only pace and then sit, and then repeat. Nothing seems to make it go away – but he'll be dammed if he has to cut a single of his shifts short. His leave starts in two weeks. He can hold out a little longer.

He feels a pressure then, a sure touch where his back is aching the most. Invisible fingers massage his sore muscles sorely, and Hux could almost sigh with relief. He looks over to where Kylo is standing by the observation deck, and tries to give him a look that signals gratitude.

Later that night, Kylo lays him down on his bed for the first time in years, and kisses him all over. He tells Hux that he is beautiful like this, carrying a child – and Hux knows, he knows how much Kylo desires him, respects him, admires him.

Labour is awful, but that was to be expected. He's had an epidural, but it's been eased so that he can feel each contraction and push. He feels each one more keenly than the last, and grits his teeth and makes entirely undignified noises. A med-droid tells him that he's doing well in its soothing monotone, and Hux wants to throw it out of the nearest airlock.

Finally though, with one last push and an almighty yell, his daughter emerges. He hears her before he sees her, her desperate wailing filling the room.

When she is placed into his arms, Hux can feel himself beaming. She is tiny, with a shock of bright red hair and a nose that's wrinkled up like Hux's does when he's displeased.

Kylo is admitted into the room a little while later, and Hux lets him hold her. He rocks her gently, and Hux wonders if this is a sight he could get used to.

“What are you going to call her?” Kylo asks.

“I don't know,” Hux replies. “Something grand. Something strong.”

“Yes,” Kylo says, looking down at the baby. “Just like her father.”

On a routine mission,Finn ends up getting kidnapped by some guys who sell him off to a Hutt,Poe and a few other people go to save him...Only to find him being practically worshipped by his kidnappers,who are sad to see him go,but stop trying to kill everyone after Finn promises to visit sometime.

Oh my god. Oh my god. And just think how he's going to feel when he sees everyone looking at him knowing she died for him and what makes him worth that loss, and how fast he'll break completely from that. Oh my god.

It struck me upon seeing TFA for the second time that after Poe and Finn reunite, the first thing Finn says after they get their I love yous out of the way is "I need a favor" and just like that it cuts to Poe leading Finn right down to General Organa herself

Basically, Poe has a lot of push and sway with the resistance, and when Finn needs something he only has to go to Poe to get it

I'd like anything exploring this and how it sorta turns Finn on to have to simply mention Poe's name to be given things, or drag Poe with him places for Poe to get him in somewhere

Poe is bemused once he notices that Finn always seems turned on after Poe has pulled strings for him/done him "favors" but he's down with it if it gets Finn off

Finn does find Poe in the wreckage and decides to take him as a prisoner in order to use him as a bargaining chip to get into the Resistence. So lets say at night, it gets really cold on Jakku and the two are forced to share body heat in order to survive. Cue the two waking up, and the scene that follows is almost exactly like what happens in that clip.
Here is some dialogue you can use as "inspiraction" (from that clip):
Poe: "Did you pull a knife on me in the night?
*Finn freaks out*
Poe: What's the matter? Can't be the first time you pressed your dick against another man's ass
