Kylo catches the trio and proclaims that he is going to kill either Finn or Poe and let the other one live. And Rey has to choose who will be killed (otherwise he kills all of them and some helpless bystanders).
Major angst even if they all are rescued in time.

+if they all are rescued: it's after she says her the choice

+if actual character death happens: Rey names Poe but he kills Finn or she names Finn and he kills Poe

+if it's not an immediate death, but some Bond-like death trap: Rey chooses the one she thinks/hopes is more likely to survive it

(or it can be that it's not Rey but Finn or Poe who has to make the choice, i'm not picky.)

as much as i like redemption arcs, I want a fic where Leia doesn't forgive Kylo.

+she uses Force to stop him from hurting Luke/Rey /destroying a planet

+he actually abandons the Dark side, but she still doesn't forgive him

Poe's squadron suffers heavy casualities and he is devastated.

Poe has had his fair share of flings and one night stands. He's a sexual being, he's not ashamed of it.

However until he met Finn, he'd never really found humans that appealing. And Finn has never been with anyone.

Cue awkward, first time sex, where intellectually they know what they're doing, but in terms of actually doing it, they're clueless.

Finn pushes Poe against a glass door/window, pulls off Poe's pants and proceeds with eating out his ass until Poe is a mess.

I am so here for all of this.

The First Order takes all kinds of babies, but mostly humans. Finn always assumed he was human, like the majority of the other Troopers, since he looks pretty human. But then why does his partner look so startled when they see him naked for the first time?

In which Finn & his partner discover he's actually a (mostly human-looking) alien with alien genitals.

+ Finn is equally weirded out by his partners genitals, having expected them to be more similar to his own
+ his partner is super enthusiastic to try something new and figure out how to make it work

I can't remember if she was the only other human woman in the town, but what if she was the one who taught Rey how to scavenge? Or how to build a shelter? Or taught her how periods work and how to manage them in the desert? Or helped her out that one time she tried to have sex with an alien and it didn't go to plan?

Anything featuring Rey growing up and having at least one human as a parent-like figure in her life.

"What do you mean I'm not supposed to have eyes down there? How else would I know what I was doing?"

Or, seconded.

What if the reason Ben went to the dark side was he was an omega and the Alpha Snoke forced his bond onto him and exerted his will over him? How would the resistance (and Han and Leia) react? Would they be able to rescue him?

I just can't get this idea out of my head.
