I really don't get why there needs to be a distinction between friendship/ family of heart love and romantic love. Romantic love doesn't require sexual love, and all of them can be the all encompassing "I would die/kill for you and I want you in my life forever" kind of emotional connection. Making arbitrary distinctions between romantic and other sorts of love makes it seem like one is being defined as more than another, and that just doesn't seem right to me.
