I love unrequited love that remains unrequited too, anon. (That's kind of my main current Poe/Finn headcanon tbh.)

insisting on working when you are not realistically well enough to work, whether due to temporary illness or a flare-up in a chronic illness) is workaholic tendency, particularly ifyou are keeping your struggle secret from your employer. Putting a job ahead of your health is not good, for the worker or the job.

Fair enough, but make sure you take the time you need to deal with your health issues when they get severe and let yourself do what healing you're capable of within your condition. It just worries me to see the scenario you've described because it sounds like one where you are putting your workplace's needs ahead of your own, and I don't know you at all, but that makes me genuinely concerned for you.

This sounds like concern-trolling.

Are you someone who grew up more comfortably well off? Because working for a living despite illness/pain is a very common experience for most people in the world. You're basically choosing a bearable pain that you've figured out how to work through over the pain of starving to death or becoming homeless. It's a perfectly reasonable choice.

Just out of curiosity, how rich are your mommy and daddy, and are they ever planning on kicking your ass out of their basement?

Thread titles

I wish people would stop changing the thread titles. It isn't good for flatviewing. Yes parenting up is possible, but often annoying if you are flatviewing because you're on a device where interacting with DW pages is difficult.

The last 'beta' I had from an anon meme stole my story and posted it as her own, so now I only go with people I've known for a while. Great of you to offer though, and I'm sure you have nothing but honorable intent. :)

In this fandom, I honestly prefer Poe/Finn sex without penetration, because it doesn't matter who tops, it's almost always guaranteed to be formulaic and boring to read (one finger, two fingers, ~scissor~, three fingers, dick). I'd rather read some sloppy blowjobs or desperate dry humping, thanks.

I was just coming here to say this. Esp. sloppy blowjobs and/or desperate dry humping.

Haha, well it's nice to find a kindred spirit. Don't suppose you have any recs for me?

I'm here for the whomp and emotion porn. As far as anal goes, as long as someone is getting ploughed and loving it, and possibly feeling ashamed for loving it, or having twittery bird feelings for whoever's doing it to them, it's all good.

Bottom!Kylo/top!Hux, Bottom!Finn/top!Poe, Bottom!Han (with Leia pegging), but that's just a vague preference, I will read anything if it's hot.

Actually, Bottom!Poe/Top!Finn is a pretty close tie.

Really?

Huh, good question. I’m not entirely sure if you mean physically speaking or psychologically. But whatever, as a switch I personally favour everyone being a switch. The exception is Rey topping the hell out of Kylo. That is my jam. The other exception is that if fandom largely assumes a power dynamic goes in only one direction then I get weirdly invested in fics that go in the opposite direction. Probably because I’m a contrary bastard.

Who is the more 'in-charge' partner in your pairing preferences, and does it have any relation to who you prefer to be the 'topping' partner.

Bottom!Kylo, so much so that with Kylo/Matt I just picture a black hole imploding because of the sheer paradoxical nature of it.
