Hux/Kylo, rewarding good behavior has unintended consequences

Nothing works with Ren. He doesn't take orders -- or even suggestions -- well; punishment isn't an option, nagging has mixed results, and going to Snoke invariably makes him worse. Desperate for success, or at least some measure of tangible cooperation, Hux changes tactics to positive reinforcement. Compliments. Allowances. Kylo begrudgingly responds, but not enough to be satisfactory. So, natch, Hux escalates to good behavior blowjobs/handjobs/etc. He's good at them, Kylo responds well, and it costs him little more than a few spare hours a week. Effeciency!

It wasn't weird until Kylo wanted to reciprocate.
