Finn/Rey, the good cop and the wild vigilante

Finn is one of the few good cops in a corrupt police force that rules the city.

Rey is a masked vigilante who actually tries to help the most vulnerable in the city and bring down corrupt politicians and bad cops. She is mentored by Luke, an old sergeant who had to fake his own death after becoming a whistleblower against his own department.

Finn is tasked with finding Rey and bringing her down; along the way he starts to admire her and is increasingly convinced she's flirting back every time she slips through his fingers.
